Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

It seems to be a problem at every Starbucks to get a Dark Roast coffee. It’s like pulling teeth to get one. He said it not on brew today. I was there at 2:00 in afternoon. Went back and forth with him, he was rude, mean, and nasty with me. Then he finally decided to do a pour over and it was fine. Why the hassle, why just not do it. Is it laziness? Stopped to grab a drink while I was shopping and James cashed me out he was the most unapproachable and rude person I’ve came across working there. Not even a word after I said hi how are you.
