A week ago, I placed a large bagel order for a baby shower we were throwing this past Saturday July 25 for our daughter. The order was prepaid, my name and phone number was taken by a young salesgirl (whose name I will keep out of this post). To my dismay, Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m., when I went to the store location to pick up my order, "CLOSED" signs were posted on each door, because of an employee had tested positive for COVID, and in an abundance of caution....UBER decided to close until July 30 or further notice when everyone was ""free" and "clear". I am very sorry that this happened to your employee and I sympathize with your business decision, HOWEVER, it is poor customer service that I never received a phone call informing me that my prepaid Order would not be filled, which would have afforded me the opportunity to contact another competitor. Shame on you UBER management and store owners. I deserve, at the least, a phone call of apology and a refund back to my credit card for the unfilled order. You have my contact information - it is truly sad that no one had the decency to pick up the phone and simply call me to let me know what was going on. before being forced into a stressful and compromising situation, spending time and EXTRA money running around to other stores just to come up with a half decent assortment to...

First time here and I was excited because I am a bagel connoisseur. I’m not from the area so when I saw this place, I ditched what I had in mind, and came in to get my bagel munch on.

I was highly disappointed, for them to have a vast variety of bagels to choose from, “egg” wasn’t an option. So I ordered my default options which were Plain and Cinnamon Raisin.

I ordered both toasted, one with butter, the other with plain cream cheese. I soon realized this place is pretty popular, as I had to wait over 10+ minutes for my order, but tons of people were picking up their to go orders.

After I got my food, I thought my order was wrong at first. My plain bagel was partially covered in poppyseeds. I said let me try it because I may not taste them, and I was right. But, I would have preferred a fully plain bagel instead.

The cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese was a good amount of cream cheese and the flavor was good quality, it wasn’t cheap. However, I could not taste a single raisin in my bagel at all, it was as if I was eating a plain bagel with cream cheese instead.

It was a decent spot to grab bagels and I would try again. If in the the area, I just don’t...

I truly love their bagels! Best in the area. Their lunch sandwiches are delicious and loaded! Great value!

The reason I gave three stars for service due to the online ordering. I've only ordered online twice and I was given a time my order would be ready. The time given would be great as I was able plan getting there. But both times, the order was ready within minutes. The problem with that is if the app estimates my order is ready in 30 minutes and it's ready in five minutes, my order sits until I get there - getting cold and building up steam! Today, the order was ready 22 minutes early. I picked up my order, still 15 minutes early, and spoke to the manager. I didn't really get a good answer. Nothing she can do, pointed out the long line, something about putting a hold, etc. I suggested they not make the sandwich until closer to the ready time promised in the app. Her final suggestion was to call it in. That seems like a bad idea. It's a busy place.

With all that said, the staff are always friendly and kind including the manager...

Uber bagels have great bagels. They are soft and multiple flavors to choose from. I stopped here around lunch time to get some bagels to go. There was one person in front of me and we waited several minutes before someone even came to the register to take our order. The person working the register wasn’t very friendly nor did he acknowledge us just waiting there. Several people had come in after me. I ordered 6 bagels to go and a cream cheese. I had to wait for the order, which was another 10 minutes. To help with the flow of customers, it would be much easier to just grab the bagels from the baskets and send me on my way. Other bagel places have their cream cheese prepackaged, increasing the efficiency to grab and go. I couldn’t imagine how long the wait is for some bagels to go during peak times.

This is NOT a chill, happy weekend bagel place. I have not had good experiences here on multiple occasions. On a recent Saturday morning, there was a big table piled with bags of to go and in person orders in the center resembling a huge trough of food and there are workers barking order numbers so loudly it's hard to have a conversation. A large iced coffee - that was self serve- cost $4.75, There was no half and half at the coffee bar but getting anyone's attention to refill the pitcher was a challenge. My everything bagel had a dusting of everything spice and didn't seem toasted even though I had ordered it toasted. The lox spread tasted like scallion spread with a few pieces of lox thrown in...it didn't taste like lox at all. So disappointing...

Our family has shared a bagel breakfast every Saturday for decades and we had a tough time finding a really good quality bagel; then came Uber Bagels. We would drive all the way from Rehoboth to OC (the original location) just for these and now drive 30 mins every weekend just for these. They’re that good. The egg sandwiches feature cheese on BOTH sides of the bagels, and real omelet style eggs-not microwaved. The bagels are chewy with a slightly crisp outside, a perfect bagel specimen. Best bagel outside NYC. Yes, there’s a wait on the weekends because it takes more than a minute to make good quality food. You want fast go to 7-11 for a bagel. Update: they added rainbow colored bagels! With chocolate cream cheese. My son thought he was in heaven!
