Placed an order online. Went to pick it up at the promised time. Went in there, the guy was fumbling. He doesn’t know “the deal”. “It doesn’t make sense”. He said, “ ok can you hold on?” I said ok. He then went to help take the other’s order. I sat down. Waited for 15 mins giving him more time to make it. I stood up and asked, “so, what’s going on? Are you going to make it? Am I supposed to wait a little longer? I don’t mind but you have to communicate with he.” He said, “ oh ok can you hold on. (Talks to fellow coworkers and the other coworker said to double check if I got the correct address and I showed her the order confirmation that it is indeed the correct one. He said, “sorry the printer wasn’t working can you read me your order he then rushed to do it. He then said, “oh we don’t have chips. I said it’s ok. He said are you sure? I said well if you don’t have any you don’t have any what can you do? Nothing. Here’s our disgusting $20 something dinner that ended up in the trash.

Constant missing ingredients (66% of the time the main protein was missing), and torn/sloppy cold burritos scream “screw you” to a customer not there to watch the food prepared. Today’s burrito moved me deeply. Shock, followed by anger, followed by denial, made me realize that the chain was dead to me. My online order was an $11, cold torn burrito featuring 5 of 14 ingredients. Finding a cube of chicken came in the penultimate bite and was a bitter-sweet surprise They close at 8:00pm and can’t be bothered by a 7:30pm order to get items out of the fridge that they already took back I guess.

My family went to the location in Severna park and Kendal was the absolute best. He had us laughing the whole time, even the kids. He had an amazing memory as well. We will definitely go back just because of the atmosphere he creates. The food was hot and fresh as well.

My family went to the location in Severna park and Kendal was the absolute best. He had us laughing the whole time, even the kids. He had an amazing memory as well. We will definitely go back just because of the atmosphere he creates. The food was hot and fresh as well.

Hello first I would like to say Qdoba is one of mine and my boyfriends favorite places to eat. Our favorite location was Severna park (Maryland). Walking in you were greeted and as you walked up everything was fresh and fully stocked never having an issue with the quality of what you are buying. A few months ago we stopped by to grab dinner and immediately walking in you could feel the difference no hello no how are you just the eye I’ve the new employees staring at you as if you shouldn’t be there and we were interrupting their downtime. While ordering our meals you could tell the food had been sitting there a while and most was almost gone. Once we finally got our food we grabbed a table and found out the drink machine was broken the manager that was in the back came over and apologized and gave us water bottles from the back. We continued to try and enjoy our food anyways even though we had paid for fountain drinks. As we began to eat our food my boyfriend noticed his beans and rice weren’t cooked or they had been sitting there a while without being stirred and my meal the woman put the wrong sauce on. When I mentioned it to them with the manger standing there they just started at me and asked what I think they should do. I asked them to remake it. Even after it being remade the food was still old and tasted nasty. Both my boyfriend and I threw out our food and left. We hadn’t gone there again until the other night hoping that they might of gotten rid of the bad seeds but when we walked in the place didn’t look clean the woman serving us was by herself but you could hear everyone else in the back horseplaying. Everything had been put away and everything we asked to have on our meals they said they were out of although it was only 9 pm and closing time was 10 even the grill and tortilla press were shut off. When I asked if they were out of the ingredients or just had already put it away they girl serving us immediately snapped and said no we are out but one of the other workers that were in the back said see we shouldn’t of put everything away I told you 9 o’clock would be the time more people would walk in. This boy had 2 Qdoba bags wrapped around his feet. The girl had colorful socks with pink crocs and the manager when he finally came from the back his pants were so low you could see all of his underwear. I asked him if they had sour cream and 2 bags of chips he said no they are out and walked back to the back. When we finally sat and started to eat our food it was all cold and the dressing for my salad was poured all over it you couldn’t taste anything but it. I messaged someone online and received an automated response. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and we never even ate our food. I used all of my Qdoba points and still paid over 30 dollars for something none of us ate. I want to be reimbursed. I would of went to the manager but seeing his incompetence I even pull up his pants or even take care of the simplest of things like make sure his food line in fully restocked I didn’t fee confident in complaining at the store without one of the other employees snapping at me. If I wasn’t 7 1/2 months pregnant I will never be going back to that location again and I will make sure to tell all of my family and friends not to go there. This is really sad because that is a prime location that will most likely be shut down within a year because they can’t keep up with their clientele as it is.

We went at 545 pm. All the meat was out or at the bottom of the container. It had clearly been sitting there for awhile! Some of it had a dark brown crust over it. When I asked how long it had been sitting out, the manager on duty reported that it had all been sitting out for hours. There was no new meat cooking. So I asked for chips and queso, where the manager scraped the sides of the queso container since there wasn’t any left and put it into a container. It was hard and brown. I said If you’re going to charge me for that, I do not want it. She threw it directly into the garbage. I asked for the name of the general manager. They were not accommodating or did not offer a discount for food that had been sitting out. The salsa was near the bottom of the container as well.
