Hello first I would like to say Qdoba is one of mine and my boyfriends favorite places to eat. Our favorite location was Severna park (Maryland). Walking in you were greeted and as you walked up everything was fresh and fully stocked never having an issue with the quality of what you are buying. A few months ago we stopped by to grab dinner and immediately walking in you could feel the difference no hello no how are you just the eye Iâve the new employees staring at you as if you shouldnât be there and we were interrupting their downtime. While ordering our meals you could tell the food had been sitting there a while and most was almost gone. Once we finally got our food we grabbed a table and found out the drink machine was broken the manager that was in the back came over and apologized and gave us water bottles from the back. We continued to try and enjoy our food anyways even though we had paid for fountain drinks. As we began to eat our food my boyfriend noticed his beans and rice werenât cooked or they had been sitting there a while without being stirred and my meal the woman put the wrong sauce on. When I mentioned it to them with the manger standing there they just started at me and asked what I think they should do. I asked them to remake it. Even after it being remade the food was still old and tasted nasty. Both my boyfriend and I threw out our food and left. We hadnât gone there again until the other night hoping that they might of gotten rid of the bad seeds but when we walked in the place didnât look clean the woman serving us was by herself but you could hear everyone else in the back horseplaying. Everything had been put away and everything we asked to have on our meals they said they were out of although it was only 9 pm and closing time was 10 even the grill and tortilla press were shut off. When I asked if they were out of the ingredients or just had already put it away they girl serving us immediately snapped and said no we are out but one of the other workers that were in the back said see we shouldnât of put everything away I told you 9 oâclock would be the time more people would walk in. This boy had 2 Qdoba bags wrapped around his feet. The girl had colorful socks with pink crocs and the manager when he finally came from the back his pants were so low you could see all of his underwear. I asked him if they had sour cream and 2 bags of chips he said no they are out and walked back to the back. When we finally sat and started to eat our food it was all cold and the dressing for my salad was poured all over it you couldnât taste anything but it. I messaged someone online and received an automated response. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and we never even ate our food. I used all of my Qdoba points and still paid over 30 dollars for something none of us ate. I want to be reimbursed. I would of went to the manager but seeing his incompetence I even pull up his pants or even take care of the simplest of things like make sure his food line in fully restocked I didnât fee confident in complaining at the store without one of the other employees snapping at me. If I wasnât 7 1/2 months pregnant I will never be going back to that location again and I will make sure to tell all of my family and friends not to go there. This is really sad because that is a prime location that will most likely be shut down within a year because they canât keep up with their clientele as it is.

When I asked how long it had been sitting out, the manager on duty reported that it had all been sitting out for hours. There was no new meat cooking. So I asked for chips and queso, where the manager scraped the sides of the queso container since there wasnât any left and put it into a container. It was hard and brown.
