Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

worst subway ever. the girl working (right now as I write this 9/18 at 5:52, she is african american with long braids) didnt say one word to us, had this nasty look on her face, when we walked up it took them a minute to notice we were here because they were sitting in the back blatantly on their phones and she acted as if it bothered her we were even there. there were nats literally flying all over all the toppings, now I have worked at a subway and when there arent any customers you are supposed to keep the glass pulled down, its not a difficult job. when i was working at subway we never had a problem like that. this subway either needs new management or corporate needs to come check this store cause I bet there are a lot more unsanitary things going on in the back of house. if I were the manager here they would both be retrained and if they didnt get it then they would be fired. end of story. we were tempted to not even buy the sub but with my boyfriend being so hungry we did anyway. the tables are not cleaned nor kept up with. I get it its in a wal mart but you are still the face of subway and if you dont want to be then find another job. Ive never been as disguated as i was just now. A handicapped lady who was unable to park because of a enoriously large man was taking 2 spots because he could clearly not exit his vehicle within the normal amount of room one would normally need to do so but then the rude costumer refused to help the handicapped lady by moving over and letting her park. After telling the lady he would refuse to move a staff member started laughing and blurted out "i know thats right" as she continued to laugh clearly dismissing the handicapped lady and her elderly husband. To make it that much better i got to to find a ling orange hair on my wifes sandwich. I spent buying a vegetable sandwich here on the subway, I was in the oven waiting for bread and when the bread came out of the oven I asked the woman if she could give me that bread that had just come out of the oven and she told me I could not wait until the bread was cold until everything was fine when the bread was ready she told me that I would ask for a courteous cut and I told her my choice and she finished preparing the bread when I paid it I left the store my surprise was When I tasted the bread she gave me, it was not what I had asked for, she made me wait for a bread she did not give me if subway is characterized by bread and fresh ingredients because my request to have fresh bread was not granted and half a bread that was not fresh the lady who attended me is called Jigna and I do not buy again here if they do not give what they say is fresh...
