We have been to this place a handful of times because the food is really good and the prices are super reasonable However, I'm giving it one star due to the incredibly poor service we experienced during our visit last month. It was a weeknight and they weren't busy. When my husband and I walked in, there was no one waiting in line. We ordered and paid. My husband's order was prepared right away. And I was told mine would be a few minutes. No biggie. We sat down and ten minutes later my husband was almost finished with his meal. I decided to go inquire about mine. A few other customers had come in since we first ordered. I thought perhaps they were just a bit behind. The man at the counter yelled to the back kitchen and told me it would be a few minutes. I sat back down. Five minutes later, I went back up to the counter. My order still wasn't ready and the man at the counter acted like he had no idea what I had ordered. This time I was annoyed and asked for my money back. My husband had finished his meal. And, it had been almost a half an hour since we walked in. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I had paid for it. Seriously?! You were not so busy that you didn't remember this. Not to mention, you pay right after you order. I said "Yes, we had paid for our order" and told him to check his register receipts. Apparently, they do not write the orders on tickets. You can see how well that system has worked out. So now not only was I really hungry, I felt insulted. I cannot knock the food. It is usually a good meal at a reasonable price. But, poor customer service can really ruin...

And when my order is wrong they have no idea who I am or what I ordered and trying to pass the buck off on some other store we mysteriously ordered from attached is a picture of the food from nowhere I guess...
Reply to owner... I'm not wrong I used the grub hub app with YOUR address YOUR phone number that I called on so how could I have made a mistake? Just own it... here is the problem if it is a grub hub app issue(and obviously it's not it's your issue) and you have the chicken rico brand you have done nothing to keep me as a customer... so remember the power of social media and word of mouth YOU could have helped fix this situation YOU are still not taking your brand and customers needs serious... all over green beans.... nice... so to use your words I have proved who is wrong the brand not the customer who is only asking for what they ordered and paid for... (to help you in the future I also posted a picture of where I ordered from directly from the app... maybe you can figure out...
Read morethe food here is just decent this is the only chicken rico I have been too that cant cook rice. the rice is either overcooked or crunchy everytime! Idk who the chefs are here but the rice is always a mess they need retraining on making rice. The shopping center they are in has a rat infestation which is public knowledge. Baltimore County just did rat treatment in July in this area however businesses are responsible for their own pest control per the health dept. If you come in this area especially in the evening you will literally see the rats running across the parking lot. do your own investigation and look up Dundalk rat abatement project they are in the target area! so I definitely believe the mans previous review about the rat in his bag. Both dollar trees in this area just reopened due to the rat issues in Dundalk. the rats in Dundalk are REAL which is why I do not door dash any food I pick up only.
take the drive to the one in highland town (they have big rats too but the inside of the location is cleaner for sure) they make rice well its not...
