Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

I normally go during the day except tonight after midnight, I go to pick up my mobile order. I ordered two whopper jr's with cheese no onions or mayo, add mustard and a large fry. The drive-thru was taking longer than expected because it was only one car infront of me. The lady with the purple hair was nice. When I got home I noticed that the fries were white like they werent cook long enough. And the portion of fries was very small. After tasting a fry I realized that they definitly were not cooked all the way. When I customized my whopper jrs I only asked to leave out onions and mayo, so when I inspected I was surprised to see no ketchup on both burgers. There was like a smudge of mustard that was lazily placed.

So whoever comes across this post, please hear me and hear me good. No late night trips to BK unless you dont care about the quality of your food. And to BK there is no need to be open 24 hours when you got people who can't even follow simple instructions. When I come during the day I dont have issues with my order....

I went there 620am they open at 6 am today 6/4/22 2 employee cars in parking lot waited in drive through 5 minutes heard the speaker then nothing so called the store no answer then parked car to go in and door lock tried calling again no answer. I heard from a neighbor that she had a problem there with food order and nobody there cared about her complaint she was so upset by the way they acted she just wanted her money back instead of replacing it. So I tried calling store at 1pm today a lady answered I asked for store manager she said her name Alia but she not there today so I will try calling her tomorrow. Im only off 1 day a week and my husband and I chooBurger King wanted to try new breakfast sandwiches and were very upset they could have answered phone or said hay we’re running behind so you mind waiting a few minutes or something but to be completely ignored I was upset and disappointed in the customer service there we ended up just going across street to Dunkin. Hopefully Alia and or corporate office does...

I declined an ice cream cone, on 6/27/2022, 7:11:59pm, store#700, 1010 Merritt Blvd, Dundalk MD 21222 order#442071 drive thru, I ask the Window employee young lady, that was serving me to put on a clean plaste glove, put a napkin around the bottom. She did but she forgot the napkin, so she sat the cone on the dirty counter so I rejected it. (This goes in my mouth I don't want that contamination) she went to dump it and the white young man who has been at this store for many years. And he may be a Manger. HE PUT IT BACK IN THE ICE CREAM MAKER... THIS HAS BEEN CONTAMINATED BY THE 1ST PERSON & HIM. HE TOLD A server that this isn't against Health Regulations... This isn't true. WHAT ELSE IS THESE EMPLOYEES DOING AGAINST REGULATIONS THAT AFFECTS OUR HEALTH... This was the thin white male with the dark brown string hair with eye glasses employee. I'm posting this so people will be aware of this Burger King. And I'm reporting it to the Baltimore County...
