I am a big critic when it comes to Taco Bell. I worked for the brand for the last 10 years (almost 8 as a manager, 6 as a GM) and left in June when I relocated here. I know how it goes. When the craving hit, my fiance and I ventured here since we had heard good reviews.
The exterior of the building and landscaping are pretty good. From what I saw of the inside, it looked okay. I appreciated the old designs with the new pictures. The kitchen looked smaller. In my wait in the line, I could not help but watch the staff. Three smaller orders were taking too long, but it was whatever. I noticed the back door was open, which was weird to me since it was after dark. When I got to the speaker, the first girl that was taking my order sounded new. It is fine, I know how it is, and I do not mind waiting or repeating myself. As I was talking, another worker cut in and asked me to repeat myself in a not so nice tone. I completed my order and pulled around. I paid. I watched inside (because what else was I going to do while waiting) and cringed when I saw the zoom timer displaying a nearly 7 minute daypart average. I wasn't surprised as I watched the lack of the sense of urgency.
When we got home, imagine my surprise when we actually opened the food to eat it. It was disappointing. I get wanting to make your ICOS and all, but this is not the way to go about it. I was going to excuse the wait to get the food and the eh of the second cashier because I expected good food at the end. But nope. I was let down by this location. I did not do a VOC survey.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a mess... Iāve gone to this Taco Bell many times, many hours of the day. The night shift, anytime after 6pm to probably when the morning crew come in is a nightmare. I ran out of counts now in the evening how many times Iāve waited over 30 minutes in drive through lines, countless times my order has forgot something and I have to come back again, rude staff and just an unorganized chaotic mess. You can see the line of people inside getting frustrated with the service. Itās such a shamed because I come in the afternoons and itās a complete turn around, with incredibly fast service, super nice staff who say to come back to see them and provide a great fast food experience. Itās ashamed the night time disaster at this place has to cast a shadow to what the day time crew provide. Just for time purposes. I got to this Taco Bell to a line full of cars, sat in line, am writing this review and still have yet to order. I arrived at 7:28pm and itās currently 7:51pm. Iām next in line! Can only imagine what this wait will be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBefore I started order the person in front of me seemed to be taking awhile. Started my order with just 2 Black Bean Crunch-wrap Supreme with no cheese and no sour cream. The person running the drive through orders seemed new. The individual typed it in as Regular Crunch-wrap Supreme. I reiterated about 4-6 times to make sure it was black beans and not beef. Got my food as I'm driving out I smelled beef. Right before I got on the highway checked to make sure it was correct. It was not the Crunch-wrap was Beef. Called up later an Individual named "Ryan" did everything he could do to rectify the situation (I personally believe he did offering a replacement meal). From my experience from this night Taco Bell will always have my business. (Please do not punish the person who was running the drive through window at 11pm on 10/2. They were clearly new, we are supposed to learn from...
