So my girls (6 years and 18 months old) and I just dined in here after our oldest daughterās dentist appointment. NEVER again! Firstly, they werenāt busy at all, there were only two parties of two there besides us, both of which already had their meals, yet it still took them between 5-10 minutes to seat us, all while Iām holding my toddler and all of our things. Then, once seated, it took at least another 10 minutes for a waiter to approach us. When he finally did, he was very short and just not friendly. At all! He took our drink order, but since he took so long initially, I made sure to give him our food order as well. We ordered chips and queso as an appetizer, yes, an appetizer as they were not free as they normally are at other Mexican restaurants. Those alone cost $10. Also, upon giving us our drinks, we were not given straws which the waiter was supposed to be running to get and he forgot all about it, giving us our chips before we received straws to be able to take a sip of our drinks. While ordering our food, what shouldāve been a simple request to get the rice and beans for my girls kids burrito on the side became an insult of my ignorance of the waiter asking do I know what a burrito is? Because apparently it was outlandish for me to ask For some of the ingredients on the side instead of in the burrito. So instead, I had to change their order and ask for just a chicken taco as he explained with the burrito everythingās all mixed in. Iāve never heard of not being able to choose On your own, what you want in your burrito. I myself ordered the three tacos: the chicken bacon, the steak and the Carnitas. Those all were very flavorful, and the restaurant itself was very clean with fresh flowers and the plating of the food was very beautiful. Itās just the service of the wait staff really stinks. Not to mention the food is very overpriced as my total came to $60 for myself and two small kids. And the kicker is that he added 18% gratuity to my total! Iām normally a 20 to 30% tipper, but I felt like a stab to the chest, like he thought I was going to run out on the check by adding the gratuity to the check, as Iāve only ever seen that with very large parties. Then when asking for to go boxes, he knew what I had to go yet the containers I was given was not very suitable for this, so I did my best and when the girls and I went to the bathroom, I already had left the cash in the tip booklet on our table, and when I came back out to grab our food and get going, he showed how speedy he was then by running up to us and literally checking the book in front of me like I wasnāt going to leave that a correct amount of money or something. I was absolutely floored! I actually went up to the two older women who were still drinking their margaritas to let them know about my experience as they Kept complementing the beauty of my girls. Going out to eat at a sitdown, dine in restaurant is not something I normally do without my husband, and this experience definitely proved why we donāt usually do that. And why we will never come to this specific...
Ā Ā Ā Read more1st visit: Ordered 1/2 platter Nachos w Ground Beef. I asked to replace their 3-cheese blend w Mozz/Swiss instead bc I am severely allergic to Cheddar mixed in their Trio blend. They made a reasonable accommodation. I was happy. Nachos were excellent & I appreciated their service given my health condition which puts me in a life/death situation if I ingest Cheddar Cheese.
2nd visit: MGMT FLATLY REFUSES to replace their Cheddar Cheese Trio mix on Nachos or any food item, saying its their "policy," the 1st time was an just an "exception." I returned bc of the previous visit.
Taco Love is courting Customer Lawsuits sooner or later bc they REFUSE to INFORM of Allergen ingredients, REFUSE to substitute or Accommodate Food Allergies for Allergic, Dairy Intolerant & Abdomino/ Immuno-compromised Customers. Thats unreasonable, unfair & deliberate, gross negligence on the part of Taco Love being a public eatery.
Not only do they NOT provide an Allergens Chart, they refuse to make reasonable accommodations for customers with food ingredients they readily have on-hand.
Horrible "customer service." They flat out do not care about Customer Experience. I walked out & wont ever be back.
Do Not pay for the privilege to get sick at their restaurant at ur expense while they callously deny responsibility.
Hope this review warns John Q. Allergen Public of the very real & potentially life-threatening danger they face eating at Taco Love. Do NOT expect good customer service here. Taco Love refuses to give a damn about...

Vibe: 4/5. Located in a strip mall, they occupy a fairly large space with plenty of parking. Taco Love offers bar seating at their huge wrap around bar as well as both indoor and outdoor tables. Decor is that of your standard Mexican restaurant with the added flare of wall murals in the bar area.
Service: 4/5. The restaurant always seems busy, which isn't exactly a bad thing. On our last trip we sat in the bar area at a high top table adjacent to the bar, but we had a regular server. He was juggling a few other parties during our meal, so service sometimes lagged (ie. water cups and paying the bill) but was never too inconveniencing. Most importantly, food and drinks came out in a timely manner as well as being prompt in taking our initial order.
Food: 5/5. We specifically came here for the birria tacos and were not disappointed. To our surprise, we found out that they offered birria quesadillas as well, so we ordered both the tacos and a quesadilla. Taco Love's birria beef is super savory and tender, braised to perfection. The consommƩ is packed full of flavor, yet not greasy/fatty as one may think upon first glance. Out of the 2, the quesadilla edged out a win over the tacos. The combo of melted cheese intertwined with birria beef, griddled to perfection in a soft tortilla worked wonders on our taste buds. Not saying the tacos weren't tasty, but the execution of the quesadilla was next level and honestly, the quesadilla is more user intuitive when dipping...
