Tavern in the Quarters — Restaurant in Maryland

It appears Tim and Penny Kuhn are better suited for managing a bar rather than rental homes. They take much more time and pride in the Tavern than they did their property in Perry Hall. The deck is falling off the house, the tree is overgrown into the neighbors rain gutter, mold growing on the walls in the basement, kitchen cabinets from the 70's held together with glue, painted walls that when they are wiped with a paper towel, the paint wipes off, and the cheapest carpeting throughout that Home Depot sells. These slum lords took advantage of my family who rented from them for 3 years at $1450/month, by keeping the majority of the security deposit as well as a $500 cat deposit. There were no damages to this property from these tenants or animals. But when these tenants moved in, they had to clean up all the filth left from the previous tenants because they're too cheap to pay a cleaning company. We've been screwed over because, after giving 30 days written notice, we moved to Florida so the Kuhn's know it would be a costly inconvenience to take them to court. They even tried to not pay interest on our security deposit! Enjoy your bar, boat and trips Tim and Penny. You are slimey landlords and I sincerely hope karma comes back...

Tried the carry out today a staff lunch meeting. Food was amazing. Cream of crab soup was the best I've ever had. Gyro was excellent and the French fries resembled the way my grandmother cooked them. I don't usually get excited about French fries and they were really good. My staff also enjoyed everything they ate and were surprised we never tried their food before today. Had an opportunity to meet the owner, down to earth and he is very friendly and authentic. He cares a lot about serving excellence food and providing a great experience and it shows. Wow! I don’t think I was prepared for how good this was going to be. We got the nachos, and they had grilled onions and peppers along with some homemade sauce that was astonishing. I think they may be some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. The Caesar salads were very good, their Caesar dressing might be homemade, it had a different taste that I really liked. The pizza has a nice tomato Sauce, the crust was thin and very crisp, all in all a very good pizza. I got a cheeseburger macaroni and cheese entrée, and it was like an elevated version of hamburger helper, and I mean that in the best possible way.
