Went to Customer Service to exchange a bottle of 5-HTP I bought the day before. When I attempted to open the bottle the next morning, I noticed the seal was broken. š I took off the cap only to discover the inside seal had been opened as well. I went to Customer Service to exchange. There were 5 WalMart Associates congregrated at Customer Service discussing who knows what. I was being ignored, and had to ask for help, only to be told by an Associate, "The Customer Service line starts here." I stood there a few minutes (no one else was in line) observing the 5 Associates totally ignoring me until I finally made eye contact with one of the Associates behind the counter. She said, "Can I help you?" I replied, "Yes, thank you." But as I approached her, 2 ASSOCIATES butted up in front of me handing her merchandise. Totally unacceptable behavior! When I finally got full attention from the Customer Service Associate who was attempting to help me (not her fault, she was rudely interrupted by other associates) I explained my issue requesting an exchange. She gave me a WalMart gift card. Okay. So, I went to the section where I bought the 5-HTP the day before, and they were out of stock. So, I still needed the 5-HTP, and all I got was wasted time and a WalMart Gift Card. I spent $239 at Wal-Mart the day before and only requested to exchange an $8.88 item, which should never have been stocked on the shelf opened and possibly tampered with in the first place. I shop at this Wal-Mart location at least twice each month, had issues with items out of stock or not enough registers open, which I totally understood during the COVID-19 restrictions. This location used to be my favorite, but it has gone down over the years. I purchased some tires online and paid for installation. When I called ahead to check my appointment, that lady was rude, saying the tires had been there when my app said it wasn't there. I had an appointment for installation when the manager, an African American guy, changed it, but the older cousin change lady changed it too, which showed two different dates. We were told they couldn't install it because the lugnuts were challenging to remove. I knew something was up when I returned after being disrespected by the lady over the phone. She spoke to the auto care team and wanted them to use me. Service. I left and went to another location. When they took it off, they didn't see anything wrong with the lugnuts. I came up after running around the city to find the proper size. The next day, I just took my tires to find out in the apps that they were picked up. when they wasn't. I also over heard a conversation that the sold a used tire to lady when someone notice her tread was low than it should be for a used tire. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe pharmacy is just getting worse and worse . The pharmacist is just rude . I dropped A prescription off there at 930 this morning , I was Told it would be a half hour . I went Back to hours later , to be told the doctor was not in network with my insurance . I would have to get a new prescription , thatās after the doctors office had to call the pharmacy . So i had to go to the doctors office get a new script . By the time I got Back to Walmart , the pharmacist said she couldnāt fill it till after lunch which would be around 3 . This was at one oāclock . Meanwhile the prescription was already filled , it just needed to be ran through the system . Not to mention a simple phone call this morning could of prevented this whole thing but instead had to wait until I picked The prescription up . Also when I left to get the new prescription they could of let me know they couldnāt fill it until 3 . Wasted more time especially since i donāt live close to there . Common courtesy doesnāt exist at this pharmacy , thatās why we only use it occasionally. This isnāt the first bad experience, my family and i have been given wrong prescriptions in the past , someone else prescriptions and been told they have medications in when they donāt .
