Had a great time! First time here. The food was very good. The bartenders and staff at the gate for the Amish Outlaws Show were very nice and got everyone through in a quick manner. There was a problem with an individual starting some bull with another person and the security handled the matter with quick thinking and distinguished the problem and he was gone without drawing attention or ruining anyone else's time there. Kudos to the security !!! I loved that there were 5 bars and 2 stages for bands. The only thing I can say is that the lines for drinks were lengthy. There were some younger individuals in front of me who consisted of about 6 young men in their early 20s . When they got up to the bar to order about 12 to 15 guys and girls came up and was talking to them and they all gave them money for drinks which I felt was uncalled for I did t say a word but I was directly behind them. I spent 45 mins in line. But 20 plus mins was waiting for the 6 that were originally in front of me it was like 2 people would come up and hand and give there order to one of the individuals and he'd order extra drinks and as he finished another couple people came up to the next one that was up. I don't know if the bartender didn't see it, but I feel like he should have known when the same person was ordering 6 to 8 drinks. I thought the Mai Tais were very good for the price, which was only $10, so I'd get 2 every trip, and my wife stood in line with me and got 2 as well. We only got in line 2 times. Once before the show, and 1 time after it started I seen 2 or 3 songs and was in line when the guys were in front of me is when I waited until intermission which was the only part that was bad. Overall, we had a great time. We could hear the music from where we were, so it made waiting in line much better. We ended up paying $30 to park right across from the Tiki Bar. It was a little lot, but my friend could barely walk. we took the shuttle in which they dropped us off at the Pier restaurant parking lot. He walked a half of block and couldn't go any further so we walked ahead and found the paid parking and we told him to wait where the shuttle stopped and we went back for our vehicle and brought it up and picked him up and just paid. It was expensive, but for 4 people to split, it saved the hassle of walking and waiting to get out of there for the shuttle . We were out of there and off of the island within 20 mins. The shuttle was free, but you parked your car at the Holiday Inn at the beginning of solomons. I will return. we love going to MD to go fishing on the Mary Lou Too, which is at Bunkys Charters for a couple months a year when it's not at docked Abners Crab House. The captain has been doing charters for 40 years he took over the boat after his father passed away 7 years ago he is all about the party on the boat he likes to make their trip as memorable as possible. We will stop at the Tiki Bar on our next fishing trip. Thanks to everyone who made our visit memorable and fun!

Went here for brunch on a Sunday. We had excellent service and the food was alright. It was typical bar food - not terrible but nothing amazing. Ordered this teriyaki steak skewer from the menu I don’t remember what it was actually called but it was good. The one thing I didn’t like was the audio from the TVs was so loud we could not hear what each other was saying sitting inches apart from one another at the bar. Loud music at a bar in the evening I totally understand but it was noon on Sunday and there were maybe us and two other individuals in the whole place. From where we were staying we could hear people partying at tiki bar in the evenings and I wish we had the opportunity to check this place out for drinks in the evening because it looked like so much fun. Our only experience was brunch but I look forward to maybe coming back one evening.

While on a boat around Solomon's Island 🏝 we saw the Tiki Bar and heard music. We looked at each other and said yes, that's the place we're going to eat and have some cold drinks. Tiki Bar has a huge parking lot free of charge with live music. It's a dog friendly restaurant as well. Meghan, our server, was friendly and recommended the fish taco, which was so delicious. My girlfriend had the house salad with shrimp and also oysters. Oh my goodness, it was delicious, and so were my watermelon crush and her grapefruit crush. Also, the mojtos are to die for. We love the atmosphere so much that we went back the following night. We totally recommend Tiki Bar. We dine in and were not locals, so we're not sure if the offer delivery service, but I'm sure you can order from Uber Eats or Grub Hub. The price of food and drinks is pretty good.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here ever since I met her back in 2014. Unfortunately, our last couple of experiences have fallen very short of expectations. I am not sure what it is, but it seems that the bouncers, managers, and owners (Don Patrick and Terry Clarke) are becoming extremely strict about the rules that they give. It saddens me deeply to make the decision never to come back to this establishment ever again as this has always been our 'getaway' every weekend. The staff is rude, they are not disciplined by upper management, and after one of the bouncers told me to put my hat forward instead of backwards (it is meant to be worn backwards and is uncomfortable if worn forward), we have chosen that we will no longer be doing business and giving this company another cent of our hard-earned money ever again. Another rule that we ran into was not being allowed to stand in front of the bar outside of the patio. When asked why they enforce this rule out of pure curiosity, I received nothing short of a reply that stated, "Because we said so." A simple explanation instead of being stereotyped would have sufficed. This had also been exactly the same case with my hat. I have also heard on multiple accounts of bouncers actually putting their hands on men AND women and assaulting them. In complete honesty, I have not witnessed this but it would not surprise me in the least. While I am sure there are two sides to these stories, I am not sure what gives them the right to put their hands on women in either case but I am sure the owners have Calvert County and Maryland State police in their pockets and can do anything they want when they are called to the scene of the crime. This really reminds me of a corruption/lobbyist mentality. For those people, I am deeply saddened by the situations and wish you the best if you decide to file any lawsuits. If anything, remember to go after their liquor license as they can not sell alcohol without a permit. However, it is most likely that the owners have the liquor board in their pockets as well. The only way the public would be able to really stand up to this is by not attending the establishment any longer. IN ANY CASE, IT IS BEST TO AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS IT IS FILLED WITH CORRUPT MANAGERS/OWNERS AND RULES THAT NO ONE ON THIS PLANET WILL UNDERSTAND. I don't care if they think hats being worn backwards are signs for gangs. I don't care if they want to keep the bar as classy as possible which in all seriousness from the bathrooms and how clean the actual establishment is to begin with, GIVE. ME. A. BREAK. If you are so scared about 'gangs' being let onto your property, maybe train your security harder for violence instead of just telling your customer to wear their clothing correctly while the 'pants' rule is understandable. There is a restaurant down the street called the Lighthouse that has some of the best bartenders/staff I have ever been around from living in Michigan to all the way down here for me. They have buckets that are the same price as Tiki drinks but have double the beverage amount in them. The owners work hard to make sure that every customer enjoys the atmosphere and will do everything they can to make it better each and every day. They have extremely clean facilities (including restrooms) which is no where near close to Tiki's. After making so much money, you would think Tiki would upgrade their facilities as well if they weren't so busy getting profit and yelling at their hardworking customers. To top it all off, Tiki has not joined the 21st century and does not allow credit cards. Because of this, they avoid credit card fees, avoid the IRS, and fly under the radar when it comes to paying their fair share in taxes. Therefore, it is clear that this establishment only cares about 'getting by' with large profits and shares no sympathy for whoever walks in and out of their doors. However, these customers have my sympathy and I sincerely hope that the public realizes eventually what a corrupt staff these owners put in to place to perform their dirty...

It’s a Tiki Bar. A little rough and shoddiness is the corr

We went on-ish as we had just gotten into town and wanted a bite and drink.

The crab balls were good, and my wife liked her shrimp fajitas. My bacon-wrapped scallops were pretty good as well, although a little too sweet. I wasn’t expecting high class faire, and was neither highly impressed, nor remotely disappointed.

The disappointments were with lack of availability of items on the menu.

“I’d like the “X”.”

“Sorry, we’re out of that.”

“Okay, I’ll have the “Y”.”

Both drinks and food…I actually stop, deadpanned to the waitress, and said “Okay, how about you tell me what you DO have, and I’ll figure it out from there…”. Still—this kind of thing happens, and it wasn’t that big of a deal.

What was amazingly laughable, was the service staff. They all seemed to be young 20-something’s, and simply gathered at the back side of the bar and were acting as if it were a social function.

There were probably 10 staff working, and about 10 sets/groups of patrons in the restaurant.

We were seated by a very nice and friendly girl, then sat there for 20 minutes watching them all talk.

Finally, we moved over to the bar instead (no one seemed to even notice), and then waited there for another 10 minutes until someone came over.

We watched customers from the tables come over, stand at the bar and wave servers down because no one was helping them at the tables…another couple walked out and we could hear them say “I don’t have time for this $&@:! I’ve got things to do.”. Yet two other couples at the bar near us were just all kind of laughing at the whole ordeal.

Then another girl came in, and the staff kind of scattered (manager?). She was checking the cash drawers at the bar, and then walked into the building next door—the wait staff started congregating again as soon as she left.

We actually found it kind of amusing, and adapted by being a little more aggressive at flagging servers down, and making sure if they were coming with something, we asked them for another drink ahead...
