The “owner” was trash! We walked into the place(first timers) just wanted to get some bait and a fishing license. My family and I was excited to get our things, jump into the boat and have fun. He definitely ruined the beginning of that. The “owner” didn’t greet us, had a very nasty attitude, was stand-off(ish) and didn’t care. We waited more than 10 mins while he train someone in ice cream(lol), instead of him just pausing for a moment and give his customers a proper greeting. He didn’t(loser). He continues to do whatever as time passes us all, and the learner was not understanding(he seemed impatient with the poor girl).if I was her, I would have quit and let his weird self work his own job. I asked him a question and he literally screamed towards me. You see, the thing is, there was no line, no other customers, so, he could have easily tended to us(customers) we didn’t want much. My spouse and I was very humble and patient, until I finally said. I WILL BRING MY MONEY somewhere else. I could have caused a scene, but I already noticed how he can’t run a business, so I laughed to myself. Eventually, the little head guy will see how he’s not equipped to run an establishment. There were more people at the restaurants and the bait and tackle WEST MARINE!! The workers were great! The ice cream at this dump isn’t worth it either. Need a fishing license? Get it online! I believe the other review stating the guy is a RACIST!!!!

First time visiting the area. We saw on the website they had funnel cakes so we drove 15 minutes for a treat. Walked in greated by two clueless employees who told us they could not serve funnel cakes because the kitchen was flooded with water. Ice cream containers were mostly empty and looked freezer burnt. We walked out and laughed. This pleace is a joke of an establishment. Where is the health inspector for the flooded kitchen they serve food in when its not flooded 🤔 haha. Highly disappointed in this place. Went there with the wife and ordered the Oreo Sunday. They were out of cookies and cream ice cream (I over heard them ask the manager and he was to lazy to get more from the back) and thought they could substitute extra crush Oreos with vanilla (gross by the way). I was standing right there, and they couldn’t ask if I wanted a different kind of ice cream. Additionally I asked for caramel to be added and got none.
