Top China — Restaurant in Maryland

I'm a business owner so I am very particular about how I rate business. I intended to try this carryout for the first time, but upon entering one of the men in the kitchen had about 10 or more open wounds the size of quarters that appeared to have possibly blood or a red ointment running down his leg. IT was VERY GRAPHIC AND NOT A MINOR ISSUED!!! I politely told the very well English spoken young man at the counter that I was completely repulsed an unable to purchase my food due to the man's appearance. I regretfully had to make this post, but that was 110% unacceptable!! To add insult to injury he had his pants leg rolled up. Once I got to the car the man from the kitchen had taken a seat near the window of the carryout. I just recently moved to the area and I’m now looking for a new Chinese restaurant to go to. The customer service was nice, the lady that took my order was pleasant. The food however was not what I’m accustomed to. It wasn’t terrible but I have had better. I had Hunan Shrimp with a spring roll and fried rice. The Spring roll was not good. I needed soup due to not feeling well. My husband was so kind to find the soup I wanted on line which was sold at Top China.

I don’t normally eat Chinese carry out. I was desperate so he used Door Dash to order food.

I got soup (Chicken noodle and Vegetable). We also ordered Shrimp Egg Fu Young.

Tasted really good like the Chinese food I used to eat when I was young. It’s hard to find good Chinese restaurants in our area.
