Horrible customer service. I've been trying to get food from here for the past 4 days. Now, I know you can tell me that I could just choose to go to another place, but they given me false expectations for the past 4 days. I live around 5-8 minutes from there. Not's crazy, but still my time and gas is being wasted.
The first day I went which was THIS PAST Friday they told me I could not place an order 1 hour before closing. Didn't say anything else but that. So I went along with it and just said try again tomorrow.
The second day which was THIS PAST Saturday I went and told me that I needed to place the order 3-4 hours before hand.... Which IS OUTRAGEOUS! Seriously? Why didn't you just tell me this when I called before hand to go over to the location to place my order.
YESTERDAY when I went they told me that their wait time was "too long" and could not place that order. Now I've gone there physically and called several times.
It's upsetting that I've had to waste my gas and money. On top of that I just called RIGHT NOW (5/18/2020 at 4:02pm) and now they are only taking credit cards over the phone and will not take order without a credit card.
You need to put this on your WEBSITE, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM. You guys were great at posting your changed hours but when it came to actually communicating the operations of your location... it's been HORRIBLE. To be honest it's been worse than horrible, inexcusable.
As a small time business owner this is unacceptable. You are losing hundreds of clients because of the lack of awareness and communication you have. Communicate with your clientele!!! First of all, for the increase of clientel you all really need to update your phone system with a hold wait time. I’ve called 9 or 10 times in row with no success. Thursday November 30 I called in an order of whole wings and steak and cheese. When I arrived I was told my food was never prepared because they didn’t have whole wings and no one called to let me know before I arrived to pick up my food. Although the girl was apologetic it was a huge inconvenience to have to wait longer. Today December 1st I tried to call but no one answered. When I arrived to place an order the line was long which is to be expected, which is why the customers try to call in advance. There was something wrong with the tablets they use to place orders so we had to wait even longer to get helped. Then I asked if they had half smokes and with a non chalante attitude from the girl with the eyebrow piercing we were told nope and she walked away. So we decided to not waste our time any longer and left. Yes we were in line for 20 min for nothing. This often happens, they rarely have what’s on the menu. When trying to call ahead for our order, the phones went straight to voice mail. It was a Saturday and we already suspected that it was very busy. When we got to the establishment, it was packed. People were waiting in line to order and for their food. At the time, there was only one cashier. Jasmine did an excellent job with making sure that the line was controlled and to make sure all orders were taken properly.
I ordered a chicken philly & shrimp with the works & the special legacy sauce .. with a side of parmesan garlic crab fries. I was recommended to get the Parmesan garlic crab fries and I .. .I am so happy I got it. Actually, I'm so happy I got everything. It all went well together.
For improvements in the store, I would suggest a bigger waiting area, especially since the spot is getting so much publicity. Maye having a TV so we can be entertained sounds good. Customers cannot complain about the wait, because Legacy Carryout ensures that you get your food fresh. They also have a sign that states it at the register. Just start making friends in the waiting area. Also, it was a little inconvenient to have the drink machine where the line is. I had to keep saying "excuse me" and bother customers that were waiting to order in order to get a refill.
