Wawa — Restaurant in Maryland

This observation is about wawa in about one store in America & many of the customer service staff at that store A few weeks ago I encountered untrolled panhandling near one of the Frederick wawa=the West patrick According to wawa corporate, "we do not encourage or allow panhandling at our stores". That was sent to me in an email. Three weeks later..nothing changed at the Patrick st store on The Gooden mile...until the area manager returned from his vacation. These wawa failures allow stealing at tge West Patrick St store by the homeless/panhandling by the homeless + few homeless never shower & everyone knows what that smells like I visited a nearby wawa & proved that most are fantastic

I am often not comfortable going to frederick West patrick wawa and many of my friends; family & coworkers concur

If I were you I would get my gas and made to order food at local sheetz,..royal farms or rutters or any other wawa in frederick or anywhere in america

Decide for yourself..but at the West Patrick st wawa..you might take my advice as you enter and take a deep a deep breath when you enter & exhale when leave 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 Hold your breath or shop elsewhere, but you you will end in a hospital ..I love wawa ..but not my local wawa

The area manager called me today & proved in a 60 minute call that wawa does cares about its employees & it's customers. He promised he would address the homeless issues at his West Patrick St. store. After talking with Jason, the Frederick area manager ..I know the West Patrick will improve & follow...

I love this Wawa hands down. The staff are super friendly, the place is always clean and well kept, the gas prices are always best in town. The food they cook is simply amazing. They cook made to order sandwiches, paninis, subs, pizza, quesadillas, burritos, and salads. They have an option for everyone. And the best part is that the food is always made correctly, is always warm and fresh, and tastes delicious.

I highly recommend you try their food and stop by to fill up your gas tank. The gas prices are good, they have all blends (regular, plus, premium, Diesel) and never seem to have slow pumps or dirty spaces around the pumps or building.

The Mini Mart is fantastic, always well stocked with a variety of food options including some cold items and...

I would like to say that they have excellent customer service. Always smiling and polite. I normally come in the night . I get a drink made and there’s a short pretty black girl in Beverage such a quiet but nice girl . Then there’s another lady . I believe she is a lead . White girl she is amazing. Always helpful, always being nice and always smiling. I appreciate good customer service keep it up ladies. I would also like to point out that management needs to add a few more employees to later shift. I normally see may 2-3 people and they running around like ducks lol. Other than that we prefer this wawa .
