EDIT as on 06/27- I received a email a few weeks after this review was posted from a Francis Santamaria completely missing the issue with the associates attitude. However I was promised "free sandwich coupon" for reimbursement. I accepted, knowing that my money is long gone at this point. I never received another email nor any coupons. As I say in my review AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.- YOU WILL NOT GET REFUND Ordered 3 sandwiches. All 3 had something wrong with them, normally Ill let it go if one or two things are off but each thing was fundamentally wrong. When I brought back all items, I requested the food to just be remade according to the receipt. I was told I was wrong based off the numbers associated with the sandwich. If this was true, they would of forgot to put 4+ different toppings on a sandwich that originally just had the wrong bread. I then MULTIPLE TIMES, explained what each sandwich should have what only to be told that sandwich is supposed to be the other sandwich and that they all are correct.
Instead of a swift experience, I stood there trying to defend my decision to come back to the store for food as the manager DIGS THROUGH LETTUCE (that's not supposed to be on the sandwich to begin with) TO FIND SPINACH so she can explain that I was wrong. Manager then began to start passing the buck to the other worker who I know is newer to the store. The worker seemed just depressed to be there, that's not on them. We go to the process of sandwich making and I get to the cash register, upon ringing up my order the cashier (Kinda look like edward from twilight but way shorter) was very rude. This Subway is no different--I made the mistake of ordering a meatball sub at 10:30 and had to watch the "sandwich artist" pry the meatballs loose from one another and try to stir the glop to make it look like something other than a congealed mess.
