I don’t really leave reviews for big restaurant chains because it’s always usually something, right? But, tonight’s drive thru incident was the final icing on top as to why I am writing this review. In previous experiences, they some how managed to always mess up our orders and forget something, usually we get back in line, get some attitude, get what we were missing and drive off. Whatever, it happens I guess. Tonight however, I think the attitude jars lid busted open. We always count our items before leaving the parking lot, noticed we were missing a beef burrito, (which might I add is only $1.29 and were missing the receipt) pulled back to the drive thru, was told that we need to show our items to them because they were ‘certain that it’s in the bag’, -she questioned us for a few minutes on the speaker too. Pulled up to the window, literally had to one by one remove each item and show them what each item was, to prove it! WAIT, isn’t the customer always right? I am 100% certain that if it wasn’t for COVID they would have taken the bag back and went through it themselves. Ultimately after them making us feel like we were trying to rip them off for a damn $1.29 burrito, we got it and with lots of attitude. Beyond safe to say we won’t be going to this Taco Bell anytime soon. Also Taco Bell on Ballenger take a step back to your training and remember, THE CUSTOMER IS...
Read moreBrunette, who was running the drive through this morning around 9 AM 4/3/25. Really needs to work on her customer service skills your attitude towards a simple question was very uncalled for and when I tried to get clarification, you walked away.I'm sure if somebody responded to you the same way you wouldn't have appreciated it... If you're going through something personal, I apologize and I hope things get better but that doesn't justify treating customers poorly and talking down to them. In the past, your doors as well as any other Taco Bells in the area are locked until 9 AM I went to the drive through and you very rudely told me I had to come inside. So when I asked for clarification, if your door is open before 9am again, you cocked an attitude with me and started to walk away with your back turned to me and said, no, they open exactly at 9 a m. As I tried to explain to you when you so rudely walked away, I was there at 859 am so rather than getting out of the car in the rain, i went through the drivethru to make it easier on both of us, but you blew the situation out of control with your attitude. It really was not necessary for somthing so simple. You're a face that's supposed to represent your company, and it...
Read moreTLDR: They make burritos correctly and thats awesome!! I worked at multiple Taco Bells from 2008-2014. I know that to make a proper burrito you need all the ingredients in straight lines and not globbed into one spot - this means you get all ingredients in each bite. Many times when I go to a Taco Bell I get a burrito with globs of ingredients and each bite is totally different from the last in terms of what I'm getting. I've been here 4 or 5 times and every time I get a properly "lined up" burrito. It makes me so happy because my favorite is the cheesy bean and rice, and the ingredients are pretty dry if you don't get the sauce in every bite. No one wants a bite of tortilla and beans if thats not what they...
