Wendy's — Restaurant in Maryland

I come to this wendy's on a weekly trip with my kids but honestly i think it would be the last time coming. a new lady was taking my order infront i had coupons on my wendys app which i believed the girl did not know how to scanned then, she asked for help this is my third encounter with this manager first time was on drive thru, now in the front . she was rude, acts like she did not wanted to help me , we actually stayed inside eating with my kids and noticed she acts like this with black people. it was so upsetting seeing the way she talks to people of color and on top of that she talks to her employee really rude im not sure how she even working with customer service. this lady is so racist i asked an employee for her name and they did not wanted to tell me but one employee say her name is rosa this manager needs to take customer service classes or work in kitchen since she dont want to interact with black people , this is so upsetting knowing my kids once day will interact with disgusting people like this worse...

The food quality here is good. The food is served fresh and hot.

The parking lot is a bit cramped, so be careful driving in and out.

The biggest issue is the drive thru. If there are more than 2-3 cars in the line, I would strongly recommend you just go inside. A short drive thru line at this location can be incredibly deceiving. Let me just say I think some of it are the customers - I regularly hear people making obscenely large orders that you should really just go in for.

However, it does seem like the drive thru as a whole moves painfully slowly. Often times there is a long wait to give your order at the speaker (speaking of which - better hope this is no background noise because the volume level isn't loud enough).

If the drive thru service was faster, and they didn't send so many cars to wait for long periods in the parking lot for the food to be walked out, this location would be a 5-star. I often will actively avoid coming here because I've had such poor wait times at...

Will never go to this Wendy’s again. My husband said it took 20 mins to order at the drive thru. Told him to go park and wait for our food. 15 mins go by, he still has no food. We only ordered two burger meals and a kids meal, yet 4 cars after him had gotten their food no problem. THEN, the guy bringing peoples food out was EXTREMELY RUDE to my husband and the car next to him. He doesn’t know who has what and when he’s told what we and the other car ordered. He demands to see the receipt. Snatches the frosty from my husband, that was for our daughter. Tries to give him chili, which we didn’t order and he proceeds to yell at the car next to my husbands when they asked about their cokes.
