I was there today. The kid working there was apparently new and was his first day. I'm guessing he didn't get any kind of formal training or shadowing. I ordered a number 6 sandwich only. He asks me what I want to drink. I tell him it's a sandwich only not a combo. He tries to turn the entire screen around to tell me that i'm wrong. He says number 6 is a combo. I tell him 6 is the sandwich but can be ordered with fries and a drink. He did not comprehend and continues to ask me my drink. I look around for help, the customer behind me tells him I want the spicy chicken sandwich which is the number 6. He abruptly leaves to get a manager. The manager gives him instructions on how to order sandwich only. He comes back and finally figures it out. He says anything else? I tell him a double stack 4 for 4. He does not seem to get it at first but finally understands. Then he asks me what to drink . I tell him just a soda from the remix machine. He says which soda. I tell him I don't know yet. Some moments go by and he starts screaming. A manager comes running out from the back and tells him "WE DON"T DO THAT HERE" He continues to scream and she keeps saying "WE DON"T DO THAT". He ignores her, takes off his mask and continues.
I decide to leave and get better food elsewhere. All other customers where in shock.
At least this interaction is better then the last time I was here. The previous guy use to vape while taking the customer orders. This guy just screams.
Please train your employees. Do background checks and have them shadow someone until they are ready to take an order.

Mind you they are supposed to be open at 630 and it is usually after 7:30 when I get there. The 1st time I drove to the 1st window and saw an employee. They just threw up both their hands then walked away. The 2nd time no one answered the drive thru, but I called their phone. An employee apologized and eventually took my order. I tried one more time at about 745 today. Again no answer at the drive thru. I proceeded to call once again and asked why no one was answering the drive through. She told me I could pull up and order at the first window , but nothing will be ready for 10 mins.... How is that possible when you're supposed to be open at 630. I just took my business elsewhere. Read moreThe manager at this location decided to explain to us that breakfast wouldn't be available much longer, then proceeded to avoid us at all costs. Then, still before the STRICT breakfast cutoff time, we were told, "we don't have eggs", to which I responded asking if they could prepare them. Then, the manager simply walked away and refused to serve us. The manager was doing whatever she could to avoid taking our order. She was standing in doing other jobs that were clearly being done by line cooks and other employees. Whatever it took to avoid a paying customer. We decided to get breakfast at McDonald's, although we WERE excited to get it from Wendy's. I feel that it's important to note that Wendy's wasn't even busy.
