Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Marysville

A member of the Jack in the box guest relations support team addressed the issue by calling me, as well as sending a follow up email. They were kind enough to send me a complimentary certificate for any one free single menu item 🤗 (thank you SO much Jack In The Box!! ❤🍔🍟) A+ customer service! 👌 unfortunately, my original review at this specific location remains the same as before 😬👎had to wait for a VERY long time @ drive thru (+25 min) and all I ordered was a chocolate milkshake... employees were very rude when I handed them the complimentary certificate and questioned me/were hesitant to accept it. Average fast food, might possibly consider going to a different location in the future, but don't think I will be going back to this Jack in the Box ever again, and I definitely would not reccomend unless you have a lot of free time on your hands! especially not the drive thru!

Everytime i come here I always end up waiting in line for 30+ minutes. Not only that, but my order is messed up EVERY TIME... the drive thru is so ridiculously slow it makes you wonder what they are even doing in there?? There is no way im waiting that long again just so they can correct my order so I always leave with a totally different order then i wanted/paid for and/or missing items. Avoid this jack in the box at...

We love Jack in the Box, but this is absolutely the worst one we've ever been to. We already know it's notoriously slow, but today was ridiculous. The line was really long so we went inside to order thinking it would be quicker, (which it was... but still took over 20 minutes to get our food). No one greeted me and the other woman that was already waiting at the counter for help at all. I ordered my husband's burger plain because it comes with mayonnaise and mustard which he has a severe allergy to. When we finally got our food, I hade to request cups for our drinks, the fries were cold and stale tasting and my husband's sandwich was covered in mayonnaise and mustard. When I went to fill out sodas the machine was out of almost every drink with no diet options available. I feel bad for the young man working as he was hustling, but the girl working was moving slower than a snail. People were backing out of line and leaving due to the slow rate of service. It was absolutely ridiculous and we paid almost $35 for food that basically inedible. I really like to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially people that work in food service and don't take joy in leaving reviews like, but it was the absolute worst experience. This is the worst Jack in the box out there, the employees are lazy, on multiple occasions will just declare their closed when their hours of operation says otherwise, once while i was in the middle of ordering. It was clear i had ordered something they clearly didn’t want to make and rather then then just telling me that, he said i’m actually were closed.. This was after he asked to take my order. The staff acts like your an inconvenience for trying to order food. They’re rude to door dash drivers and they just give jack in the boxes every where a bad name. I NEVER take time to write reviews for any fast food restaurant ever. That’s how bad this jack in the box is, Not only did i feel the need to give them a well deserved horrible review, but i felt like it had to be at least this long and to be honest i feel like i’m only 1/4 way finished with the complaints i have for this joke of an establishment. So unless you like poor service, disrespectful treatment and a garbage selection i would save yourself the grief, going hungry is a better option then...
