Never, ever will I go here again! The drive thru line was long, my son & I decided to go inside instead. We placed our order, only 1 person ahead of us. My son & I were chatting while waiting for our food. There was an employee who was off & also waiting for her order. There had been a bag sitting on the counter for some time but with the ticket # 292 in front of it(my order was 206) in fact the employee who was off checked with us to see if we were #292, she proceeded to rummage inside the bag, then get her food & sat down. Noticing that people who ordered after us we receiving their food, I went to go peek in the bag. Sure enough, the special order ticket was # 206... my order. Yes, obviously frustrated I told the girl behind the counter that since they had labeled it wrong, now I have cold food not to mention that an employee was rummaging through the bag after handling her personal belongings. She asked what employee? I stated "the girl who was holding the stuffed animal". She then replied with an attitude " you do realize she's autistic right?!" I was absolutely in shock that she even thought that was relevant and/or was trying to make me feel like I was the one in the wrong!! I meant absolutely NOTHING derogatory by my comment. My main point was that if they had labeled it correctly in the first place it wouldn't have escalated to further concerns... but to be so vindictive..... wow!! What I will say is.... atleast the employee who was off was attentive & cared!!! Maybe her coworker could learn something...

But how it was handled I cannot even believe it. So my order from the app disappeared after I was charged for the food. They refused to make the food because the transaction was currently pending, So they made me re order with the app again, and the exact same thing happened. So at this point I’m frustrated because I’ve now been charged 40 dollars and the McDonalds late night manager, NINA was her name, you can tell this woman just sucks at life, old and overweight super un happy with the way her life turned out so she has to be ridiculously rude to others and crap on their day so she can feel I sliver of something. If she wasn’t such a horrible human, I’d actually feel sorry for her. Generally I love people, but this women is so incredibly toxic, really makes me question the entire location. I don’t know how any sane person would put this woman in charge, the disrespect was full force from the very beginning I interacted with her. So after standing strong on not serving me any food after my card now has been charged twice to an amount of over 40 dollars. Most recently, I placed an order for both a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and a regular Quarter Pounder. Not only were the burgers missing the correct sauces and vegetables, but they were topped only with mayo, mustard, and diced onions—condiments typically found on your cheeseburgers. Additionally, it was apparent that old grease was used to prepare both the chicken and fries, resulting in noticeably poor taste and texture.
This isn’t an isolated incident. Every interaction I’ve had with the night crew at this location has been consistently abysmal. Issues have included: • Missing items • Lack of response at the drive-thru during specific hours • Zero quality control before handing off orders • Disregard for food freshness and safety
Based on the reviews for this franchise, I am clearly not alone in these experiences. However, this most recent visit demonstrated a blatant and unacceptable level of carelessness that bordered on malice. I am now seriously concerned about potential food safety violations—especially regarding the reuse of grease and improperly prepared food.
