I recently visited Sakura Bistro for a quick business lunch with my colleague, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We ordered the Thai Basil stir-fried with Chicken and steamed rice, as well as the Thai Red Curry Chicken. The dishes were not only served promptly but also exceeded our expectations in terms of flavor and presentation.
The Thai Basil stir-fried with Chicken was a delightful blend of savory and aromatic flavors, perfectly complemented by the fluffy steamed rice. The Thai Red Curry Chicken was a true culinary masterpiece, with a rich and creamy sauce that left our taste buds craving for more. The chef at Sakura Bistro truly knows how to create a memorable dining experience.
What impressed me even more was the outstanding customer service we received. Unfortunately, I forgot to request an itemized receipt for our business expenses. When I called the restaurant, the host went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they promptly address my request, but they even took a picture of the receipt and sent it to me. This level of attentiveness and willingness to accommodate customer needs sets Sakura Bistro apart.
Overall, Sakura Bistro offers not only delectable dishes but also exceptional customer service. The combination of delicious food and a staff that goes the extra mile makes this restaurant a standout choice. I highly recommend Sakura Bistro to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.    Read moreFood: 6/10 I ordered the Gyoza appatizer and the Beef w/Broccoli entree.
Appetizer came quickly. The presentation was nice and the ingredients tasted fresh and savory. The salad that came with it didn't do anything for me and was relatively plain tasting.
The entree was a bit on the small side; it would likely only feed one to two people. I felt that the sauce was a bit on the heavy side and the broccoli was slightly undercooked. The rice that came with it was mealy tasting and detracted from the overall meal.
Drinks: 0/10 Although there were signs for beer apparently they are currently not serving it. This in itself is not a reason for a zero score, however the fountain drink mix was also off leading to poor taste as well.
Please don't advertise alcohol if you do not serve it. It comes across as disingenuous.
Atmosphere: 6/10 The place was very clean, well lit, and comfortable. My main concern was with the choices of media. While I was there, they were playing very downbeat country music, which was honestly kind of depressing when trying to eat dinner. In contrast to this were the TVs on the wall showing game shows. The net effect was that of a family style country western Asian restaurant, which is a first for me.
Overall: 4/10 If you're looking for a place to grab some food with a large group, this might not be...
Read moreI like their food very much and the service is very good.I read bad reviews from others so I tried their Pad Thai and their fried rice and didn't find a problem like the guest mentioned, Pad Thai is what it tastes like, they have their own sauce, brown fried rice,This is what every Chinese restaurant has. Personally, I think if you don't like brown fried , you can ask for white rice instead of brown rice to make fried rice . It tastes good too. There is also a Garlic sauce, which I personally think is the best I have ever tried. The taste of their crab Rangoon is also different from others. I prefer theirs. It tastes good. Another guest gave them a bad review because of the reminder on the door, which I don't think is fair. They stopped making sushi in 2019. One star for not making sushi because of a reminder sticker on the door. That sounds terrible. There is also sitting in front of the statue to give a star, this is not fair, everyone has different views, if you do not like, you can ask to change seats. Their waitresses are very nice.I am a regular at their restaurant and my whole family loves their food. There is no reason to give a bad review of one star, I am here purely personal opinion, if you like, you can also try their food and feel it for...
