While I do recommend this place, and itâs such a great little spot, I have a couple of concerns. My spouse and I come here every Saturday for our coffee date! My spouse gets a cold brew, one that specifically says it will have cold foam on top, but when we have asked to take it off, they have no problem doing it. He just doesnât like cold foam or whipped cream. Itâs a hit or miss when his drink gets ordered. A big amount of the time they still put the cold foam on top. The cashier hears us clearly and even writes it on the cup. Itâs the ones who make it. When I have asked for it to be taken off, they just scrap off the cold foam and hand back the same drink. The drink will then have melted ice or the ice dumped out of the cup. Instead of making a new one, This has been going on since about March, but we have never really left a review until now. I have said something to someone in the shop and I canât remember her name, but she completely admitted that she saw one of the workers just scrap off the foam, dump a little and put the lid back on. The woman I told remade his drink and we were very thankful for her listening and caring. Secondly, I donât think I have ever seen Iced lattes look so âcreamy.â Thereâs way more milk in the iced latte I get than espresso. And I donât ask for extra cream or milk. Are they suppose to be that light in color?
We really appreciate this shop. Itâs just the little disappointments where we would just like the ladies who are working to maybe pay attention to the cups a little more or communicate better. The last thing we want to do is find another shop, because we do like it...
Read moreI've been going here often for the past two months. I've needed somewhere quiet to work and use the WiFi.
Things I love here: -- The drinks are high quality. I especially like their mochas. -- The baked goods are made locally, and they have keto-friendly options. -- The baristas are always friendly, courteous, and quick.
Reasons this is 3 stars: -- The music and atmosphere. They play Christian pop music and rock nearly constantly, and they sell religious paraphernalia all over the place. I've asked them to change the music to something more friendly, and they do, but within minutes the Christian music is back. I don't know if just most of their playlists are simply Christian music or if the baristas are switching it back when they think I'm not listening. Marysville is multicultural - not everyone finds this stuff welcoming. I feel like I'm being constantly...
Read moreIâve been coming to this place for more than 2 years! Itâs February, so obviously they changed the menu a little, but what I like about this place is the coziness of it! My go to food here is the breakfast bagel, blueberry with everything on it, and all addons! I really appreciate being able to stop by on my work trips!
Definitely recommend if youâre just stopping by marysville! For those who live in the area, if you like coffee, give it a shot. If you like smoothies, my go to is the pineapple banana! They have bakery items, but I havenât had any that I can remember. Iâll continue to rate them well, as long as they remain as consistent as theyâve been! Love this place, and I love that its vibe is homey. I added pictures of there February menu in case...
