Rocky Top Snoballs — Restaurant in Tennessee

My daughter and I absolutely love Rocky Top Snoballs! We have been a customer for years and still enjoy stopping by for a snowball several times a week. They have a huge selection of flavors including really tasty sugar-free options with optional toppings as well. The customer service is top notch! Their kindness is always so appreciated.

In response to the comment regarding the change in the ice machine...yes, it did change. The ice is smoother and, in our opinion, better than ever! It is fun to eat, holds the flavoring nicely and the texture is perfect! This was a good change for us!

We visited Rocky Top a couple years ago when we were visiting. It was the best shaved ice we ever had went back about 3 times that week. We are now visiting TN for only a couple days but had to go back and see if it was still there and it was !! We told the owner how we were visiting from Maine and had to come and get a snowball and she was super excited that we drove all that way just for shaved ice!!! They have so many flavors to chose from wish I could try them all. On a hot day or any day stop by and get the best shaved ice around. The owner is super sweet and personable. Rocky Top Snoballs has perfected the snow cone: if you can even call them that. The ice is like no other snow cone you have ever had before. Soft and smooth like actual snow. It’s not like eating crushed ice out of the fridge like other snow cones I’ve had in the past. The flavors are great, and they do not skimp on the syrup. I love the Shark Bite personally! It’s a nice sweet blend of berry flavors. Dwayne is a great guy and loves to interact with his customers. You can tell he really cares about your experience. We will be back very soon!
