This would be one of my FAVORITE D&D's, they listen to Your order, fill it& you get a proper order! VERY little mess-ups, if there are any, they're the first to Admit to it,& fix it whether it's replacing the Full order or just one thing & then they usually just tell YOU to keep their mess-up. Sometimes that's helpful, other times can cause issues with the Kiddos, we work it out though!! I'll Admit there are times that there's someone NONE TO FRIENDLY at the Drive-thru, Serving, Kill em' with Kindness, if they didn't mess your order up, a generous tip is in ORDER if they got the order correct w/a CRAPPIE Attitude, whatever change left from the closest $$ is what's given. This works w/particular persons, others just don't CARE, if that's the way they want to be, the reviews will start to mention YOU by name! "Things that make YOU go HHHHMMMM!" I went through the drive thru at 7am today and my 10 yr old daughter ordered her 6 munchinks and a small iced decaf for myself. As I am trying to teach the value of money and paying for things to my child I let her pay at the window. The employee at the window was VERY rude when I pulled up and she saw a child paying. Told her rudely that she couldn't even ring up the order because the phone had shut off not even giving the time for my daughter to tap the screen to put it back on. And didnt want to reach out the window to hand my daughter her items. I would hope as the tourist season begins on Cape Cod this IS NOT how you treat customers never mind a CHILD or a "regular " that frequents this location serveral times a day. I have to comment after the experience I had this afternoon. š² I think the earlier in the day crew may be better but I warn you! Don't go to this D&D like around 5 or 6 PM. There were only two people.. it wasn't crazy busy but the staff was absolutely incompetent.. after 25 minutes of waiting and people in the drive thru leaving in discust.. We got a caramel latte with no coffee in it! I saw the guy who had just had his fingers all over the cash register without gloves touched my bagels with his bare hands to put in the toaster!!! Then after the fact put a glove on one hand.. that was it for me.. šI walked out!
