I am a frequenter of the perks app. I purchased 2 medium frappes and pulled into the drive through. I couldn't hear the woman on the headset over the blender. I gave her my name and all I got was lectured over being in the drive thru too early to pick up my order. I could have understood that but no where in the APP could I find where I would need to wait to come through. Especially since when I pull up even if I DIDNT order ahead I would have been placing an immediate order. I don't get the difference between those 2 things. I still left a cash tip.

I visited this location at 3:40 on Sunday, May 12th with my mom (on Motherās Day) looking to share some coffee and a snack. We walked in, were not greeted by any employees, and stood at the order counter for at least 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. It was not busy - There were three employees working, a single car in the drive thru and two customers sitting at a table. Not one of the employees said āweāll be with you in a minuteā, or āwelcomeā.
