Hit or miss on this. We were up there for a job and called in a pizza to be delivered to the site. Pizza was there within 20 min and awesome. 2 evenings later we called in again. This time we had a different person answer the phone. When he answered he was very pleasant and said "I see you are calling from (then HE rattled off the number on the caller ID). I gave him our site address (found on the Event Center business card) and told him to drive into the main gate and go straight back until you see (description of where we were sitting). He said 50 minutes. After 15 min I sat where I could see the main gate. After 75 minutes of waiting, we called. They said he could not find the address. (Apparently the North Iowa Event Center next to Target is hard to spot?). Then she said the number I gave her was wrong....which is the number from the caller ID...which he repeated back to me. So if you call in a pizza and confirm your number, they still may not call you to tell you they are lost. (And if I remember correctly, both places are on the same...
Read morePlaced an ordered to be delivered to a place of business. When it was delivered, it was delivered by Door Dash. I've never ordered from Door Dash before, so I was confused. First Door Dash tried to give me the wrong order. Then he brought in the pizza. I only had $40 cash for an order totaling $28.00. Didn't know that Door Dash didn't give change. Wasn't going to give an almost $12 tip. Was trying to figure out what to do about it since I had never dealt with Door Dash before. Then found out he had left. I called Pizza Hut and ended up speaking to the Manager. She explained the new policy about Door Dash when they don't have staff to deliver. She wanted to make it right, so she offered to make our order again and have one her staff deliver at no charge. She was very nice and I thought her off was beyond making things right. Thanks for being so nice, explaining a new policy and making things right. The true meaning and spirit of Christmas is alive and well...
Read moreI went to Pizza Hut at 11:40 am on a Friday. At first, there was only a couple of people in the restaurant. This is the type of place that fills up quickly, so get there early. When it fills up, expect delays in replenishments for the buffet.
With that said, there is a waiter that typically works during the week. He is tall, thin, with dark hair and an amazing service attitude. This man will have EVERYONE’S drink kept filled, seats new people, takes their order, busses tables, and takes your payment at the register...for the whole restaurant, BY HIMSELF!! He is truly the gem of the restaurant.
I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they need someone to tend to the cleanliness...
