Been here several times as a resident of Mason. Never bad......until tonight! Our waitress (that I feel is blameless ) brought us totally wrong orders. The only thing that was correct was my sons French fries even though they were nothing like we had there before. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla and I ordered basic enchiladas. When the orders came I must say the quesadilla would have been lame even by Taco Bell's standards and my enchiladas was like nothing I've seen EVER! I asked the waitress if the quesadilla my wife ordered was correct for what we ordered and she said yes (it was literally a soft taco shell on s plate with a tiny bit of chicken and who knows what else. That's it! Nothing else, no sauce no cheese no nothing. I asked to speak with the manager. When he came over I stated my concern and dissatisfaction and his response was that we had got what we ordered. I NEVER brought up the subject of correcting the issues via complimentary food or drink figuring I would leave it to him to make it right. He never did, he just walked away basically of the opinion that the restaurant was right and we were wrong. By this time even the family's on either side of us were chiming in with how nothing had been going right with their dinners either . Making comments like "this must be new management " and that they had never had this experience before either. At this point since it was obvious that the management was going to do nothing to correct this ruined dinner I packed up my family and headed for the cashier to pay (never having eaten our incorrect meals). I once again voiced my displeasure to the cashier within earshot of the manager that was up there at the register. He now grabbed my bill from her hand and started adjusting the amount. I only believe this was done because I voiced my displeasure around other guests. Funny how he never offered to do this when he came to our table. On the way out the door I even had another guest flag me down to share his story of a very bad dining experience. Safe to say my family have no reason to return to the Mason Los tres Amigos again. There are many more quality dining establishments in our area that treat customers like they actually appreciate them. Sorry Los tres Amigos. This was...

Living close by, Los Tres in Mason was our go-to place; we were regulars ordering 2-4 times a month for a family of four until we stopped going a couple years ago. Last night we decided to try it again and ordered carry out...and again I was profoundly disappointed. Food was just ok (fajitas had tons of peppers and onions with little meat, we even ordered the double meat dinner). The kicker was they refused to give us any hot salsa, even in place of the mild salsa, unless we paid $1.95 for a salad dressing cup size of it. There is hot salsa sitting on the tables free to seated patrons, so we asked if we could get a container for it and they said that would cost us $2 for the empty container. We quit going here after the carry out service got horrible—expensive, inflexible service, and long waits. (I'll wait an hour+ if I know it's an hour+...I don't want to go to the restaurant when they say 20 mins. and then wait an additional 40 for my take out.) In the past, they not only charged outrageously for a small container of hot salsa, the final straw was when they charged $3 for 3 corn tortillas to eat with Camarones a la Diabla (it's a saucy shrimp dish for $14). The other 20+ Mexican restaurants I have ever ordered that dish have included the tortillas with the dinner! Los Tres hasn't changed. I gave them another chance, only to still be disappointed...

I ordered carry out and upon unpacking found that part of the meal was missing. Called the store and the woman who took the call immediately began making excuses and finally offered to let me come pick up the missing component. Screw it, I think I have some tortilla shells, I won't worry about it. Finish unpacking the meal only to find that the entree was not correct and the appetizer was tiny and of marginally acceptable quality. At this point I re-packed the food and drove back to the store.
I asked to speak to a manager and a man approached and asked what the issue was. After explaining the problems and ask for a refund, he disappeared and went searching for my order ticket (I thought he was processing a refund to my card). He came back to where I was waiting with the order ticket and pulled the entire order out, inspecting each item. He pointed out that the meal I had was the meal entered on the ticket, fetched the woman who took the order, and they proceeded to call me a liar. At this point I was beyond frustrated and began raising my voice demanding to be assisted by someone possessing a shred of competence. Finally a manager stepped in and, after asking too many repeated questions, gave...
