I would give it zero stars if I could. The order was placed at one of the kiosks and the card reader was down. It took a crew member almost 5 minutes to acknowledge us so we could pay for our order. Then my father and I waited 30 minutes for our order of chicken nuggets, double hamburgers for the dogs, no salt fries, and two large drinks. When we finally received our food it was cold. I asked if we could just receive a refund because we could not wait another 30 minutes with the dogs in the truck and the girl working snatched our bags off the counter and threw them, and stormed off to the back of the restaurant. A young man came up and apologized and gave us a refund which he was trying to put back onto the credit card and didn't know how to so he gave me the cash back and explained that he had only been there a few days and that there were only three of them working and no manager on duty. This particular store used to be good in the past but has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. We will no longer stop at this location when we pass through. I have filled out the customer survey and have yet to be contacted by anyone from corporate or the store. The dining room floor is very slick, and greasy. It is almost like they use the same mop that they mop the kitchen with to mop the dining area and bathrooms. My father is handicapped and uses a walker and had a hard time walking getting to the bathroom and soda fountain machine due to the condition of the floor. The female bathroom was dirty with trash all over the place. The fountain machine area was nasty and sticky. I am glad that we weren't going to eat inside the dining area was dirty. This McDonald's seems to be more worried about the drive-through than the customers inside the restaurant anymore. Which seems to be their motive anyone. Read moreI went there 4/27/23 and while I was served properly and politely, I was disgusted with the condition of the place and some employees. The men’s bathroom was beyond filthy. I’m not sure anyone ever cleaned anything in there. One sink was barely working while the other didn’t at all. I go to various truck stops and 99% of them are cleaner than this one and that should say a lot. The dining room overall was dilapidated as well. As I was eating, I saw a young employee come in, his uniform filthy beyond belief. By the way it looked, I think it would stick to a wall if pressed on it. Disgusting. I couldn’t put anything like that on me, and it’s scary to know that he handles food and also why nobody tells him to clean up. I ate my breakfast because I had already ordered and it was convenient and decided it would be ok to build some immunity, but if I never came back to this location, it would be a win for me. I’m glad I’m not a local, because I would be compelled to visit once in a while. I appreciate the enhanced immunity, if that happened. I would recommend to open only for dinner — this way you can really dim the lights for ambience and all the filth would be less noticeable. At the pay window today, I had to wait while employees were gathered inside chatting about them all chipping in on what seemed was a food order elsewhere? Honestly no idea, but they were ignoring the window while they were planning whatever it was out. Obviously whoever was taking the orders wasn't paying attention either, because ordering 2 LARGE coffee drinks, 1 frappe and one HOT latte, apparently equates into 1 medium frappe & a SMALL COLD latte?? When I went in from the drive-thru to get the correct drinks, the employees inside at the counter and close to the window area, were all standing around chatting and laughing it up with some even playing on their phones. We all understand it's hard to find employees in these times....but you are going to run your company in the ground if this is the image you want out there. Please teach and demand good customer service again, especially if paying $15/hr+ as signs indicate.
