the Sangria Stand — Restaurant in Massillon

My wife and I visited the Sangria stand while they were getting ready to open for the evening. The owner is a warm soul and put everything into her business. We returned that evening to enjoy two of her home made Sangrias and a unfiltered sake.

Let me tell you that the atmosphere is filled with warm hearted local individuals and tourists alike.

Her sangria is absolutely delicious with fresh pressed juices and alcohol to make your night right.

Anyone who has yet to stop by should immediately. Especially when they have live music with beautiful instruments playing to make your evening mood that much better.

Her sangrias are also $5 off the second one when you get two. Seriously stop by and you won’t regret your visit.

The ambiance and decor is that of a chill and cool style that will make you feel right at home. I would especially recommend the mango sangria.

Not sure why I only see a 2.5 rating for this place. I’m big on reviews and typically don’t go to places with less than a minimum of a 4 star review but honestly this place was AWESOME. Super laid back, cool patio, DOG-FRIENDLY (always a plus for me), aaaaaand the drinks are not weak. I ordered a very berry blast sangria and it was so delicious! My friend got a mango sangria and my other friend got a watermelon and mint flavored sangria. No one was complaining! The patio was super fun and cool with cute decor and comfy seats. The vibe really made it feel like it’s really summer here and COVID is a thing of the past. For once since the pandemic, it felt being out and about and enjoying a good drink in good company at a rad place. Will definitely return with my Buddy boi and friends! The staff was respectful, thoughtful, and kind. They served me aaaaaaand my dog! They kept his water now full and fresh. I appreciate the extra care...

Regarding the other one star review —by Alexis— is completely 100% factual. I was there…she poured my drink with a full mason jar first and then gave the other half empty jar to my sister-in-law, as she paid for a full. The drinks were amazing and would I highly go back and recommend, however the immature and downright defamatory response from the owner both in person and online is highly unprofessional and we will not be back.
