We are in the middle of a huge project building a bus into a home and aren't running our own coffee machine yet while we are sharing property during the build. While the coffee prices are going up like everything, we can understand & are willing to pay, but the coffee has become so inconsistent. We always get the exact same thing... 2x Medium iced, each with one cream only. First it's a different price every time. Literally! When the iced coffee is newly made & done properly we get a decent coffee. However most days it's so watered down it's light with Only one cream. I've pointed out it's light color is incorrect and they tell me they promise it's Only one cream. So I say that means the coffee must be very watered down. They agree & say yes it's probably watered down a bit, Sorry. Wait,...What!? What are we paying for? Watered down coffee and ice. They are knowingly serving watered down coffee!? This shouldn't be possible. Isn't there a specific formula? Unfortunately I don't think we can rely on them anymore. It's a shame because they are closest to us. My favorite is when I order a "frozen chocolate" and it is neither frozen nor chocolate, which has happened 3 times out of 7. Or when I order an item through their app, am told it is not in stock and am promised a refund or replacement the next time, and never get either.
