I wish I could give zero stars!!! This afternoon I pulled in the drive-thru, which at the time was almost to the street. My initial thoughts were, I should leave because this line is too long. However, my 8 year old son really wanted McDonalds and so I decided to wait. I literally waited in line over 20 minutes, close to 30 by the time I made it to the speaker. I placed an order for a McDouble Bundle with no pickles and a cup of water. The woman that took my order, repeated it back to me, including the cup of water. She then directed me to the window and said I would get my total there. I took out my $3 because I already knew what the total would be. When I get to the window, a woman there asked me if I was Door Dash. I said no. She then read out an order to me and asked if that was my order. I said no. I then repeated what I had ordered. She began pressing buttons on the machine and told me that she couldn't find the order. I was confused because I knew that moments ago I had just placed an order. The woman then called another employee with a headset on from the second window. The second employee very nonchalant shrugged her shoulders and said "she need to go back around". The first employee tells me that I must circle back around and place my order. I am so disgusted at this point. I am telling her "ma'am I just sat in line for over 20 minutes to place my order." I then recite to her verbatim the conversation I had with whoever took my order. She couldn't care less. I asked her "who did I give my order to... a ghost?" She then accused me of "passing by the speaker". Why in the heck would I sit in a long line for over 20 minutes to pass by the speaker. That is insane! I then asked her to just take my order at the window since they clearly did not put my order in the system. She told me she couldn't do that and that I must get back in line...which by the way was very long again. I refused to do that. She then began telling someone else at the next window, presumably the second woman that came over with the headset that "she won't go around". I told her that I would not be getting back in line for a $2.50 meal, nor did I want any of those despicable people there preparing food that my child would be eating!
I saw the sign with the name of the owners and their contact information. Of course I call the number for the owners, and the office closes at 3pm. So I decided to leave a message and guess what... the mailbox was full! Not surprising, probably full of complaints. This by far was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant in my life. My time was wasted, I was accused of not giving my order, and then no one attempted to make it right. Instead they chose to "punish" me to ordering me to get back in line. I will never and do mean never will go back to that...

Read moreThis is the second time happened to me that I did not receive my complete order. Today, 3/17/24, I ordered 2 McMuffins, 4 Breakfast Burritos, 4 Hash Browns, and 3 drinks. I asked the Attendant if all what I ordered are in the bag, and she said Yes. Once I reached home, I discovered that my Hashbrowns are not in the bag. This is just very frustrating. Although, this happened in the past (I posted review) I gave McD another try that I thought their service would improve, but sad to say No, it didn’t. I understand that your employees are at younger age, however, please train them well to double check the order in order for this situation will not happen...
