Bourbon St's Creole Shrimp pasta is a tantalizing dish that combines flavors and textures in a truly unique way. The star of the show, the Creole shrimp, brings a burst of zest and spice that dances on your palate. The pasta itself is cooked to perfection, providing a satisfying base that absorbs the savory Creole seasoning, enhancing each bite. However, while the fried goat cheese adds a distinct element to the dish, I can understand how it might not align with the expectations of a cheese and pasta lover. As a cheese enthusiast, the anticipation might lean towards a creamier, more melty cheese experience rather than the crispy texture and tangy flavor of fried goat cheese. The dish, despite the goat cheese diversion, remains a standout due to the impeccable balance of spices, the freshness of the shrimp, and the overall depth of flavors. The fusion of Creole seasoning with pasta creates a memorable culinary experience that is bold, vibrant, and speaks to the heart of Creole cuisine. For those seeking a deviation from the traditional cheese and pasta combinations, Bourbon St's Creole Shrimp pasta is an adventurous and delicious choice. However, for a more classic cheesy experience, it might be worth exploring other options on their menu.

NOTE: This review was for the now-closed location at Hampton Station. The location at Bridgeway does NOT have these dishes. RESPONSE TO OWNER: We did check out the new location in person a week ago. I'm not going to leave a review of your new location, as it is a far cry from what you had at Hampton. It's not even close. Your staff didn't know your menu enough to answer questions, such as if you could do a lettuce-wrapped burger. We went from going to your location at Hampton at least a couple of times a month to, well, I don't really see a reason to drive a half hour for a burger I could get anywhere. Good luck in your new venue, but closing Hampton was a mistake. We had a great Valentine's dinner at Bourbon Street Station. The special menu was great. Starting with a lovely charcuterie board, then a raspberry and feta salad. For our mains, she had the pan-seared ribeye and scallops, broccolini, and risotto. I had the pan-seared duck with polenta, roasted carrots, and sauteed broccolini. And we finished it with a five layer chocolate cake for her and a deep pan cheesecake for me. If you haven't tried this place, you should go! Our server, Amani, was great too!

Start with the Loaded Tachos with Pulled Pork! Bourbon St. Burgers is a great addition to Bridgeway station. For a burger bar, this place has a lot of class and western feel that makes the meal that much more enjoyable. The first thing that was kind of weird about the atmosphere was the plant/Hawaiian themed curtain separating the kitchen and the bar. It’s an eye sore and stands out like a sore thumb. Secondly, since this is not a standalone location, the noise continues to grow throughout the night with singing, music, and large crowd. Nothing they can do about it, but it changes the feel of the restaurant. All that aside, the food really was delicious. The Loaded Tachos with Pulled Pork were the star of the show. I am not sure why, but it hit the spot in every way. My black and blue burger on the other hand was dull on the blue cheese side. It was almost like a blue cheese dressing instead of real blue cheese as I expected. Overall the service was nice and I would have to try a few other restaurants in the Station before coming back for a meal, but those tater tots sure were good!

I don't know that I've ever done a negative review, but hoping it helps or they will not be in business long. Once we were sat (hostess was very welcoming) we waited for a long time in a booth and no one came over to check on us. We know it is new, so we gave grace. Finally, one waitress asked if we were waited on and when we said no, she went to find our waitress. We ordered a side Caesar, tater tot/nachos, and the bbq chicken tenders meal (all to come out together, except salad). We waited for an hour and finally the teeniest little salad came out (almost $8), then a bit later the tater tot/nacho appetizer ($18) looked like a pile of soggy, wet dog food in a bit of a bowl, and the chicken tenders were burnt, like dry, crusty little pieces from the depths of the fryer, not edible. My husband, who would rather just deal and not ever ask to return something actually spoke up and told the waitress about the chicken and I'm telling you, my husband has never done that in his 46 years of life. The waitress asked if we would like some more chicken, we declined, we didn't eat more than a bite, so we were not charged for that. It was just really bad and super outrageous to charge the prices they are for what came out. I'd say limit the menu to maybe just apps for now and get that under control before trying a whole menu. And just tell your customers, look we are still getting the hang of this fryer and the chicken is just not up to par and we would be like no worries at all, put don't try to serve something you know is just not quality. Oh and we asked for no scallions on the tater tot nachos, they were brought out and we were told that scallions were accidentally put in them, but we (kitchen staff) dug them out the best we could, but just in case wanted to tell you in case it was an allergy. Who digs out scallions? You can't, they were still all over. Ewww I don't want to know you were digging in the food you are serving me. It isn't the end of the world if you put scallions on, but why not run it by us to see it would be no big deal before you dig in or try making a new plate altogether. It was really quite...

First to say the atmosphere is pretty good (nice scenery). I came here with a party that was a little over 10 people remind you the restaurant was aware that this party would be large in advance a week prior to us showing up meaning the restaurant had plenty of time to be prepared. We all get there at 7 we order drinks which took extremely long to be brought to the table and we order food as well roughly around the time of 7:30-7:40, now the food didn’t start coming to the table until roughly 9pm and only then half the table had their food the other half did not. I ordered a burger and onion rings once I got my food my food was good it didn’t even have not one single bit of warmth to it at all you would think waiting for a long time that your food would come out piping hot but no that wasn’t the case here with bourbon st burgers. Now to solve the issue all they were willing to do is discount the meal which is extremely a cheap shot from management when they had a table waiting for a long time just to receive cold food on top of that they never once offered to remake any meals but offered dessert! The establishment closes at 11pm so it seemed to me that they were thinking of every alternative to have us wait until it was close to closing time so they didn’t have to go out of their way to fix an issue that was there mistake to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all and I would not be returning because you don’t treat customers who are willing to pay your establishment that poorly, you know that you are in a fast paced business and that you experience high traffic daily you were supposed to be prepared and if you were falling behind at least come out and communicate that with the table instead of walking by without saying anything. Oh yeah and very disrespectful and unprofessional of the manager who was addressed about the situation to only say I’ll see what I can do just to send out a black guy to come talk to the table that was a table full of African Americans as if we were suppose to understand and be more reasoning about the situation just because a black man came...

Edited to add:

Their response to the review by the person named G is 100% full of lies. Yes the situation was tense but at no time was there ANY yelling from this patron. She was only served 1 drink and was clearly not intoxicated. She was being treated extremely disrespectfully by Logan who fueled this with his unprofessional behavior. It is obvious that the owner reply is a desperate attempt to cover for their lack of proper training and etiquette. All you have to do is read all the other negative reviews on here to see that this restaurant is struggling. Not to mention that if they thought she was so drunk, wouldn't that mean that THEY over served her?? One drink does not = drunk. Yelling and videoing and following a patron who PAID AND LEFT and threatening to call the police on them is absolutely insane. Also, after she paid, the business put the drink BACK on the bill and overcharged her. Disgusting.

I dined there tonight and was horrified to witness a very unprofessional and negative interaction between Logan (the manager) and an elderly female bartender towards a professional looking female patron who simply sent a drink back because the waiter didn't write the correct item down. They accused this poor woman of being drunk and followed her to her car screaming and yelling at her. it was very uncalled for and very upsetting to all the other diners. Over a drink that THEY didn't make correctly. I will never dine there again after...
