I’m pretty shocked at how bad the ramen was here. Service was fine and the atmosphere of the cafeteria is nice (crooked and annoying tables though) but the food itself was so bad I really wouldn’t recommend this place for ramen. Miso soup base was the only good thing about it. When the order came out really fast I wondered how they get a bowl of ramen together so quickly, turns out it’s just underdone. Noodles were tough and rubbery, mushrooms were mostly raw, seaweed was haphazardly thrown in there in a stack so it was difficult to separate the pieces (became a blob of seaweed a cm thick). The chicken was so bad I had to fish it out and leave it in a napkin. Only parts of my bowl I liked were the miso base, corn, and fishcakes. Really really bad ramen. I think others have had a good experience but my Sunday evening bowl was really bad. I feel bad leaving a low rating, but other than the Bridgeway Station Campus being pretty, there was no saving grace.

I hate that I have to give it 4 stars because it is a 5-star if it wasn't for the area it's in. I love the building design and the open area, but it's weird. There is a common area between 3 restaurants, and Hotto is in the middle. When it's busy, it's hard to find somewhere to sit inside, and if you don't know where you are going, it can be a bit confusing. The food itself was grade A and totally worth the bill. Short wait time, decent variety, and good staff. Shio soup base with pork meat, bamboo shoots, scallions and 2 other things was bomb 🔥. Will eat again. Overall a good Ramen I wish I could make at home

I enjoyed the ramen I ordered. I had the miso base with chashu pork. I went with level 1 on the heat level. It was just right for me. The one complaint I'd have was the egg, its appearance, that is. I don't know how traditional ramen eggs are made, but these here are just regular hard-boiled eggs. Not that they taste bad, just a different look. Regardless, I'll definitely be back for some more ramen! The restaurant is located in a food hall type building, so there's open seating and an outdoor area, which is very nice.

We just had a sad experIence at this “restaurant”. Hoped to grab a quick snack and drink. We were out of luck. Ordered three kinds of dumplings and were warned it would take five minutes extra because the steamer was full. After waiting at least twenty minutes we went back to the counter to check on our order. Were told five more minutes. Much more time than that passed when my daughter went to check again. She was given two of the three varieties we had ordered and told again “five more minutes.” After we had already finished the first batch the buzzer finally notified us that our last batch of dumplings was ready. It was a lovely day and to avoid the reverberating noise in the food hall we enjoyed sitting outdoors in the breeze, so the ridiculous wait might not have been such an annoyance if the food had been good. But again we were out of luck. The dumplings were doughy, so limp they fell apart when you picked them up and fairly tasteless. It was not possible to discern a difference in flavor between the pork, veggie, and the not-spicy-at-all “spicy” beef. The frozen dumplings from the grocery store are far superior. Don’t waste your time or...

You are not missing out on anything at this place. My sister & I both filed out our paper for the cashier to ring up. She paid for her order but it didn’t come out. When mine came out, it was missing half of the topping I originally requested. We are both ramen lovers and let me tell you I wish I were half joking when I say these have the exact same taste and texture and instant ramen noodles from a cup. The miso is extremely salty and was not even hot when it came out. It’s not hearty & flavorful. I was really excited to love this place but it’s 100% all hype with no actual flavor. I paid $15 for a bowl that I could’ve easily made...
