Ordered at the drive-thru. The employee inside could not seem to get the order correct. I pulled up to the window to pay and had her read it back to me. Somehow it had managed to get in correct regardless of what had been showing up and changing on the screen outside. They asked me to pull forward because my order was not ready, and a few minutes later a kind lady brought my food out. I checked it immediately, and discovered that it was wrong. I was not able to catch her before she got back inside, so I had to run inside to try to get it straightened out. When I got in there, there was a lady in line and she asked if my order was also wrong. I said that it was, and the lady in front of her turned around and said that hers was wrong as well. They were questioning whether they should eat there or not. Apparently their meat was partially Raw, but the manager rectified the situation right away by giving them another one and refunding their money. However for mine, they had left the cheese off of the eggs, and to correct the order, they clearly put cheese over the eggs they had already cooked, microwaved them on high for several minutes, and then handed me the bag as if they had cooked some new. I burned my fingers on them because they were so hot. In fact, they were hotter after having been microwaved then they were when they had been freshly cooked. The cheese ended up bubbled and burned on top and all liquidy on the bottom. I had to pour off a bunch of cheese juice....
Read moreArrived at the drive thru at 10:15 Sunday morning for breakfast. There were two cars in front of me. It took 10 minutes for me to get to the point of order. I waited 10 minutes for the person to take my order while i heard orders being taken from 3 cars in the lane next to me. Finally i ordered and was informed that the are no longer taking breakfast orders and that they were on the lunch menu. Really??? At 10:30 on a Sunday! I declined lunch. To make it worse is that I was stuck on the inside lane for an additional 10 minutes before I could get out. You would think that if i was in line prior to 10:30 i could be served. Including the time ( gas) it took to drive to MacDonald's and back and my drive thru service i wasted nearly an hour. Yesterday, i went to a different MacDonald's the opposite direction from my house for breakfast. I went through the drive thru and missed breakfast. I inquired about MacDonald's breakfast anytime adds. The response i got was that that was dropped due to covid. My question is: Why can you serve burgers and fries but not breakfast? Food is food. Two bad experiences in as many days. Sorry MacDonald's. I'm finding...
Read moreI hardly ever order inside of a McDonald's - usually just do Drive-thru. However, today I did go inside to just order 1 drink. I noticed the new "order" kiosks but I saw an employee at a cash register and decided to order from her. She had the cash drawer open and looked to be placing something inside. She briefly looked at me but did not acknowledge my presence. She shut the drawer, turned, and walked away still without acknowledging by presence. She kept her back to me. Just then another employee, Justin, walked up behind me, cheerfully greeted me and offered to help me at the order kiosk. Once he realized I was just ordering a drink, he took my order at the register. Justin was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable! While I was getting my drink I spoke with another customer who had the same experience with both employees - employee number 1 - female, glasses, shoulder length hair - not only would not take her order but said nasty things to the customer. Justin was there for that customer as well. Anyway, employee number 1 should not be working with customers. You need more employees like Justin in front of and dealing...
