Hong Hong — Restaurant in Mayagüez

Estoy sumamente decepcionado con mi visita reciente al Restaurante Hong Kong. A pesar de ser un cliente habitual y haber disfrutado de mis comidas anteriormente, el servicio y la calidad de la comida fueron excepcionalmente deficientes esta vez. Primero, me cobraron injustamente de más por los tostones, a pesar de que me dieron la opción de elegir entre papas fritas, tostones o arroz. Además, el filete de pollo que pedí estaba sobrecocido y increíblemente duro, mientras que las papas fritas parecían estar pasadas y poco apetitosas. La mesera fue despectiva y poco servicial, ignorando mis solicitudes de una bolsa y mintiendo sobre la disponibilidad de salsa picante. Su actitud grosera y falta de profesionalismo hicieron imposible que disfrutara de mi comida. Además, el personal de la cocina parecía más centrado en chismes y risas que en garantizar la calidad de la comida. La experiencia en general fue tan decepcionante que ya no volveré a ser cliente de este establecimiento. Como alguien que busca lugares para una grabación de video musical, puedo decir con confianza que el Restaurante Hong Kong no estará en mi lista de posibles lugares.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Hong Kong Rest. Despite being a regular customer and having previously enjoyed my meals there, the service and quality of food were exceptionally poor this time. Firstly, I was unfairly upcharged for tostones, despite being given the option to choose between fries, tostones, or rice. Additionally, the chicken breast I ordered was overcooked and incredibly tough, while the fries seemed stale and unappetizing. The waitress was dismissive and unhelpful, ignoring my requests for a bag and lying about the availability of hot sauce. Her rude demeanor and lack of professionalism made it impossible for me to enjoy my meal. Furthermore, the kitchen staff seemed more focused on gossiping and laughing than ensuring the quality of the food. The overall experience was so disappointing that I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. As someone scouting locations for a music video shoot, I can confidently say that Hong Kong Rest will not be on my list of...
