This Jack in the box was the best for 7years, unfortunately now we have young adults working who treat it like its a juvenile hall lunch service, they are rude, they don't have any customer oriented experience, they serve nasty burned food and when a customer wants to exchange or get money back they give a “if you get lucky your food comes out good” or like what i over heard the so call in charge of night shift say about the customer infront “give him the special treatment” wich means mess with his food in jail terms a serious disrespect.
