I walked in, ordered in store, and was also picking up an online order.
Guess what??...
Ms.Thang that was taking orders was just doing too little to have the customers happy.
She said, are you sure you ordered in this store??
I showed her the pick up address because I was tired of telling her yes yes yes!!
This girl had no idea what her business/working address was at.
HOW RIDICULOUS IS SHE!!!??
She said, ohh, I dont know, I dont know, but your order hasnt came out in our system...
Luckily, there was another employee there working with her, and SHE was able to help me out with my order, that was PAID FOR ONLINE!!

The staff member “ Rosie” was extremely rude to me when taking my order in the drive through and refused to give me her store number and name claiming it was on the receipt, with was not given to me or taped on my bag or food. I got off and walked into the store which she refused to help me and clammed she was the person in charge. With this Burger King being locally owned and operated I hope this message reaches out to someone who cares.
