Big Z Fabric — Local services in Huntington Park

I placed multiple orders for samples before placing my first online order. The photo shows the sample that I was sent and what I wanted. Instead I was shipped a hot pink fabric which was delivered on a roll with 2 other fabrics. This one was rolled on first and was hidden under the two other fabrics. I had to unroll 60 yards of fabric just to see if they shipped the wrong fabric. And It was the WRONG fabric! I contacted Big Z by phone and email and the asked me to send a photo. They admitted it was the wrong fabric and agreed to ship the correct one. The replacement fabric was shipped...however it was shipped to an address from an previous order and not to my last address that I used online. So long story short I never received the fabric and thought the fabric was stolen. Luckily, I retrieved the bolt from the post office. However, when I opened the fabric it was the WRONG fabric. It was a light pink (thinner fabric ) and the quality was not the same as the sample, I contacted Big z and now they are telling me it is the correct fabric. If you look at the sample you can clearly see that it is not the correct fabric. I am not a happy customer and really appreciate if they would have admitted their errors, apologize and tried their best to fix it. I have been waiting 30 + days for this fabric from my initial order which put my production behind. I really would appreciate some accountability and customer service. I wanted to love this company. However, on March 5 I ordered two samples of a fabric I have never used before. The samples were shipped on March 6 (wow that was fast), and then showed as delivered on March 12. Unfortunately they were not delivered on March 12. I received the emails confirming the order, order shipped, and the delivery confirmation. I also received several emails asking about my satisfaction with my order including this link to a Google review. I waited two days to see if the samples would arrive, but when they did not, I sent an email on March 12. Hannah responded with the tracking information showing that they were left at the front door (yes, I had this too). I sent another email to say they were not delivered and why two samples of fabric would be left at the front door as I assume they would fit into my mailbox with the two pieces of mail that were in there that day. She responded that they were shipped in a "small package that we believe would fit into a standard mailbox". I am grateful that I only spent $3 with them because I would be much more disappointed in a company being so dismissive had it been a large order. I am not sure why they send multiple emails asking if you received your order if they are only going to send along the information you already have. My experience with BigZFabric was generally positive! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the following: I had received an email telling me my order shipped and was given a tracking code. I tracked the order for 2 days, then left it alone over the weekend, assuming everything was fine. A couple days later, I checked again and it said my order was "canceled." I was never emailed or informed, just figured it out myself through the FedEx website. When I reached out to BigZ they did explain the issue and gave me a new tracking number so I could watch my package, and it was delivered the same day! I just wish I would've been informed of the new tracking label by email without me having to reach out.

The next issue was my mistake, but make sure to order a sample! I ordered 3 yards of fabric thinking it's fine, ignoring all the reviews saying to order a sample, and it turned out to be pink instead of yellow. I'll still be utilizing the fur, but definitely be sure to order samples!!!
