Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maywood

So I came here maybe 2 weeks ago. I ordered all vegetarian items. The staff seemed nice enough. The store was clean and I got my food pretty quickly. I get home with my order and start eating. Soon into the meal we both are like okay somethings up with the food. We move on to other items and kind of notice the same thing. The potatoe tacos were messed up. The potatoes were noticeably stale and tasted awful upon eating it by itself. The quesadilla seemed REALLY thin. I know they don't come completely full or stuffed with cheese but like I've been eating at Taco Bells all over Los Angeles since I was young. I know things change yet I still feel 3.49 for a piece of tortilla and a SPRINKLING of cheese with a SQUIRT of the sauce is not worth my money. The bean and cheese burritos were okay I mean its bean and cheese but like. I can still remember how the staleness tasted. At the end of this whole thing we had stomachaches for days. I forgot what else I ordered but yeah. I wish I didn't have to sound so harsh. I get it, things happen. New restaurants have to work through the kinks. Food is good but with the unhealthy preservatives and ingredients like GMO, TBHQ, modified foo starch, bleached flour, saturated fats, and hydrogenated oils to name a few, I am glad that my visit on 8/14/2024 was a bad experience because my family will never visit another Taco Bell. I ordered a 12 taco supreme party pack. Supreme means they add sour cream. Well 5 of the tacos had hardly any sour cream that at first I observed no sour cream. I returned to complain that only some had sour cream. The girl preparing the tacos said they have sour cream. I opened a couple that I thought had no sour cream and she pointed out the dime size sour cream. Pictures attached. They charge $32 before tax for the 12 pack and skim on ingredients. I told her I was going to post the pictures online and she just laughed. If she doesn’t like doing her job right then why is she there providing poor customer service and poor prepared food. No longer worth it plus it is unhealthy anyway...

I placed my order online, I got notification that my order was ready, I walked inside and went to the counter. The girl at the drive thru window saw me, the girl putting the food in the bags saw me, the girls making the tacos saw me, another girl coming out of the office in the back saw me (I think this was the manager), and nobody did a fkn thing to help me. After a few minutes I exclaimed in a loud voice “I JUST CAME IN TO PICK UP MY ORDER!!!!!” The girl at the window said “oh, ok”. The girl putting the food in the bags asked my name, grabbed one of the bags that she prepared and handed it to me, my food had been ready since I got inside.
