Krazy Cup Munchies Bar — Restaurant in Maywood

STORY TIME. I'm not from Cali but we were on vacation drove about 40minutes to come try out this place. We entered and there were no other customers which was cool bc we could take our time to see all the options. My mom and I made small talk with the two ladies working there that we had drove far and it was our first time. We asked if they recommended anything and as if it was so much to ask she just said, anything (wow thanks for narrowing it down, I was just mad bc its my mother shes talking to like that not just me). And Then they didnt have any of the 2 icecreams we wanted which is bad on business behalf. But anyways we brush it off and ask her to explain the difference between to items on the menu and she sighs and explains. It wasn't even late in the day to be moddy cmon. She kept insisting if we were ready, we were only looking at the menu less than 10min and she's acting like there's a line. There was no one else!! My mom told her thats not a way to treat people, being in customer service many years herself tried to give her advise on how to welcome customers. When we ate our food you could hear her and her other coworker gossip. Look people all im saying is #1 you don't treat my momma like that #2 by the various other bad reviews I'm not the only one. And if we didn't have to pay first before making our order we would have just left but there was no refund when they said they didnt have the ice cream we wanted. Like damn at least give a heads up...

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO REALLY WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Flew into California for vacation and I’ve seen this place advertised on Instagram so I had to check it out. I arrived Nov 3rd around 3:50pm When I arrived there was empty but decorated with cool Halloween props. The location had a decent amount of toppings and everything tasted delicious. I got the Krazy Apple and some horchata ice cream. The cashier girl (I saw girl because a woman would never act that nasty) looked and acted like she rather be elsewhere and doesn’t care if the store doesn’t get any business. After every order and after taking care of all the customers she went into the back. The horchat ice cream was delicious I decided to get an horchata drink to go. Took her forever to come from the back and when she did she simply said “You want something else?” In the most rude and diminishing manner. Excuse me the customer for enjoying your products and paying for me.

I’m giving two stars for the food. Everything was delicious but the experience was disgusting.

This was my first time going to Crazy cup I thought it was going to be a good experience but it was not.The lady that was helping us had no patience she was really rude she did my order wrong three times!!! I was triggered because she said that I don’t have time to be fixing your order I was shocked to hear that I live really far and she was wasting my time and I got so mad I was trying to be nice and every time she was talking rude. I cant even believe that they have 4.2 stars and really to be honest it’s not a good place to go and I do not even recommend this place AT ALL!!
