I visited this location in Maywood on a Saturday afternoon. And as soon as I walked in, I noticed the trash overfilled and unattended. As I was ordering our food, #1 the employees need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE #2 the employees need to remember to keep their personal conversations in the back of the restaurant. #3 They should not look sloppy #4 they need to stay off their cellphones. So I waited and observed other employees walk near the overfilled trash and it was ignored. As I continued to wait for our food, a transient walks out of the restaurant with the yellow caution sign that was stacked inside this filthy McDs, and throws it out with anger and aggression. I noticed it an employee slightly sees it, and ignores it. I noticed a women about the approach the entrance of this restaurant, so I run out to make sure the transient leaves and I grabbed the sign and made sure the customer walks in safely. I finally get our food to sit down and I find it difficult to spot a clean table. After I mentioned that the trash is full an employee finally clears it. Then I noticed ketchup on the wall in one section and felt more disgusted. I went to the restroom and see more of a mess unattended. I was shocked because I walked in the restroom after about 10 minutes after an employee McDonalds employee walked out of the restroom. I always give 3 chances to every place I go because I know sometimes is things happen but this location in the afternoon shifts and the night shifts are really bad...I like the fraps so the first time I went it was on my way home and the frap was way to watery and no wipe cream I ask about it and the girl said 'Oh sorry I forgot to say we were out of it' so I let it pass...The second time I was getting 2orders of the new honey chicken tenders and I was change for it till I got to the second window another guy told me the chicken tenders were limit time and they didn't had them anymore..So I asked for my money back and he insisted in me getting something else and he will give me a 2 free drinks for their mistake I said no and he made a disliked face for giving the money back...okay..that was it for me..But the 3rd time it was night time and my hubby decided to give it one more try and order trough Ubereats and when the order arrived and we checked it was incomplete...there were missing 2 sadwiches..1 frap..1order of fries and no straws nor napkins nor the extra sauce I paid for not even the sauce you're supposed to get with some orders...we That was the final it for us...I went drove there and asked for an explanation and none of the workers could give one good reason for the matter...No professionalism...bad bad baaaaad place...
Read moreThis morning I placed a mobile order pick up for a sausage McMuffin and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. I noticed the drive thru line was long when I entered the building but inside the restaurant was packed with people who also mobile ordered. The drive thru line was constantly flowing with cars going in and out and getting their food on time, but those of us inside had to wait nearly 15 minutes just to get our food. Once my order was called, I just quickly left because I was already late for work, but I couldn’t believe they gave me the wrong order, my McMuffin was missing and the hash browns weren’t even fully cooked. That’s on me for not checking the bag before I left to make sure my order was correct, but that establishment REALLY needs to have a better system in place for getting food out quickly.
