Another one of the favorite spots of my in-laws, this place is okay. Better than. Alfredo's and Alberto's but the prices are pretty high. We got two Carne Asada plates and two cokes and it came out to $30. The portion was large (tons of beans and lots of rice) but the meat was low-quality with a high fat content. Sure some argue the flavor comes from the fat but almost half the steak had to be cut off due to it being fatty. The seasoning on the steak itself was pretty good though. They have a good recipe but need a better quality cut of beef.
I can't recall if the tortillas were hand-made or not.
The parking in the shopping center is very limited but not as bad as a few other restaurants...

I had recently crushed my hand, and they were quick to notice and brought me my food to my table the whole two weeks I had the cast on. Never asked for them to do that. That was awesome. So, no problems yet with what I've been ordering. I was originally told this place had good soups and I see them on the menu but have yet to try them. I will...

Update: Maybe time will tell but as I was getting a radish from their salad bar I saw many that looked like they had black mold on them. I took a picture, you decide. Then I noticed a couple of possible homeless people who looked really dirty walk in and start picking from the salad bar with their dirty sleeves hovering over the items as they took some.
I won't be going back. It used to be a...
