7/15/24, 9:30 pm ⭐⭐⭐⭐The young lady who took my order was very polite. She brought my chicken enchilada plate to the table, plus the extra raw onions & crackers I requested. The food was hot/warm, flavorful & plenty...I was full about 2/3 through the plate. Only 2 suggestions: (1) maybe offer a discounted drink with the daily specials; (2) replace the canned enchilada sauce with a homemade sauce.

7/16/24, 8:10 pm ⭐⭐⭐ Staff was friendly, but food was not as good as the previous night. Carne guisada was warm and flavorful. Beans and rice were different... Must be 2 different cooks. Rice was room temp with cold spots (?)... Made another time, then fridge? Beans had too much water on top. Corn tortillas were too thick & not toasted enough. Music was too loud.

7/24/24, 7:30 pm ⭐⭐ I ordered the daily special, which was tacos mexicanos. The chicken in the tacos was warm & had flavor, but was dry. The rice and beans had flavor & were room temperature. I asked for extra raw onions and cilantro. I heard the manager ask the kitchen. After about 10 minutes, I asked where the raw onions and Cilantro were. I heard the manager ask the kitchen a second time. By the time I got them, my 2 remaining tacos were cold.

8/1/24 ⭐⭐⭐ I got the daily special, which was the chicken guisado. It was warm, but had a little too much water. The beans were very dark. Rice was warm & mushy. Tortilla was thin & dry.

8/9/24 ⭐⭐⭐ Daily special was 1 beef & 1 chicken Pato. Both were warm/hot & had flavor. However they left way too much water, which made the patos very soggy. A customer shouldn't have to remind an employee to remove water from filling. Had to ask for another tortilla for 1 of them when I left. Beans tasted kind of like chemicals....

I have come to this location for 10 plus years and always tell everyone about it. I picked up an order last week and the lady at the drive through window with a short black bob hairstyle was so rude and disrespectful. I was picking up a phone order so did not have any interaction with her while ordering but when I went up to pay I gave her my debit card and waited for her to give it back, she went to a register and started screaming for some reason I’m guessing the register was giving her issues which was fine so I waited patiently as she went to another register with my card. She was taking a bit so I open my phone to check a text message and the next thing I hear is her screaming at me “HERE!” while waving my card in my face. I was so embarrassed and It took everything in me not to go off on her. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. I will never be back to this location she ruined the whole experience of even coming there for me and I have worked in food service so I know how rough it can be but she was completely...

I visited this location yesterday at lunch time and the guy at the drive thru named Robert was extremely rude. I simply asked for 3 beef and avocado patos with no fat since this place is notorious for putting lots of hard pieces of fat in the beef patos and he did not listen to a word I told him. When I received my order, there was nothing but fat and only one or two pieces of actual beef per taco and he refused to correct the problem. This guy thinks he's the owner of the restaurant or something and has a very bad attitude toward the customer. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon and advise anyone reading this review to do the same too. As long as this guy named Robert works here, there will always be problems with your order because of his bad attitude and will not give the customer what they order. This guy should be fired because of his rude demeanor and is literally driving away business from...
