Pizza Hut — Restaurant in McAllen

Went by on a Friday 12/30/2016 nite and was craving a good pizza. We have been here many times before. The young waiter was very friendly and likeable when we arrived. We ordered a salad and thought he had made a mistake with the salad dressing. He said he would bring correct salad dressing. After about 10 minutes the young waiter never came back. I went to counter to look for him but he was nowhere to be seen. Another employee asked if i needed anything, i said i was missing dressing for the salad. Young waiter then showed up and said " they are making your salad dressing right now!!" Ok'll whatever, i need my dressing cuz i was already very hungry. Young waiter was already becoming not so credible. I then realized we had been waitin 40 minutes for my pizza, i asked youngster waiter to check on my pizza. He didnt come back . I looked in kitchen area and enmloyees were chilling and socializing. One employeee was checking cell phone. Young waiter came back to our table and asked if we wanted more soda and didnt even mention pizza. I looked around and they werent even busy so wh. y a r e they.taking so long???? I told wai ter i have never waited so long. Total wait about 50 minutes.waiter said pizza was still in oven, i said you arent even busy. Waiter said they had a lot of take out orders also. Why is that my problem i was there before take out orders.We walked out knowing this disorganized.place would bring out a gangster manager who wouldnt give any importance to any complaint. Ordering was so easy, plus I love how you can do the tip 🤑 for your driver too, in stead of when they come to your door. 🚪 Sometimes, ya just don't have that cash on hand.🤷 I LOVE how fast the delivery was!! 🚗That alone means a LOT!! Believe it or not?, Delivery drivers, respond more to higher tips, but on the flip side of that coin, Its equally true, customers respond and give out higher tips, to deliveries when they're still HOT, and Not Cold, when possible, that is. Just saying. This Works both ways. Having said that, Mine was still SO HOT! You would of thought this Pizza Hut was right next door to me!, Or just brought out of my own Oven!. not Even kidding here .👍😁 The young man that delivered my meal, was so courteous, friendly, & well mannered, WITH a smile😁 My Meat Lovers 🍕 Pizza was so indescribably DELICIOUS!! 😋 but So was the whole meal. This has been the worse place ive been too , this past saturday i went there with my mother and ordered a supreme pizza , i ended up receiving a supreme pizza according to hilda the server who has the worse attitude ever it seems that she doesnt like her job . My pizza came like this only pepperoni , 2 strips of burned onion , a couple of super toasted muchrooms , no bell pepper , no black olives , and no ham ? And she called it a supreme pizza , i looked at her and asked what was that she stated the supreme you ordered , i did tell her i didnt want it i wanted another one made since its not the first time i order that there , a couple of minutes later i told her to cancel the order i got up and just went ahead and paid for my drinks and ended up going to peter pipper .
