Extremely VERY BAD service by an employee by the name of Josie to claim she was the manager of store # 4824. This Josie was very rude, very angry and unpleasant raising her very angry voice not only to me but other customers as well. I heard her talking to customers while I was waiting for my order at the window. I was trying to show her the coupon, since I had just uploaded the phone app but when I pressed the "Redeem at store" button to give the coupon # to her on the speaker since she was asking for it, while I was placing my order, when I got to the window, the coupon wasn't showing up anymore. I asked her to show me how to get it back and she told me she wasn't going to. She told me very rude and angry, raising her voice at me, to get out of the line and to get in line again because she didn't have time to wait for my coupons, if not, for me to get down. I told her I couldn't get down by myself because I was handicap and did not have my wheel chair with me. She said that was too bad! So I got out of the line, turned on the street again, parked, uninstalled the app and uploaded it again but the same coupons weren't coming out again. When finally I got to the window, after being in line again she gave me the order that I had originally ordered but it was already cold and soggy hash browns and water down sodas. She said very rude, "next time have everything ready so this doesn't happen again". What next time? As long as she's there, I will never go back. I was just ordering food for employees at my daughter's business and for myself but never again. If I wasn't rude to her, nor other customers were either, I don't understand why she was. Read moreI went with my boyfriend and his mom to this location after a quick burn at planet fitness and we ordered two separate orders. Everything was going smoothly until we received our orders. My boyfriends mom ordered a bacon king combo, and I ordered a combo of 8 piece chicken nuggets. I’m not sure if you all are aware but they only give 2 sauces of your choice for the chicken nuggets combo, so once we received our order I noticed I was given only 1 sauce and it was BBQ so I asked my boyfriend if he could get me ranch instead and when he approached the counter he spoke with the manager to get ranch he provided 2 ranches that were initially for my combo and we asked if we can switch the BBQ sauce that was given to me for a ranch and note they didn’t even ask me which sauces I wanted for my combo. The manager began saying that if we wanted more ranch we would have to pay for it and my boyfriends mom was just asking to switch for ranch because she also ordered a combo with fries and would like a condiment to compliment her food. Well he began talking down to my boyfriend and his mom as if they didn’t understand the 2 ranches for the chicken nugget combo, which was understood but this was now for a different order not mine. After going back and forth with the manager he said we either get our stuff and leave or he will call the cops on us and my boyfriend said go ahead and call the cops, I mean like seriously over a trade for a ranch. Well last but not least we stayed and the cops didn’t show up because he called they only showed up because we called to check on the status of the unit and see if they were coming for our statements. Ordered the new FIERY CHICKEN and it came with light brown lettuce and a squirt of FIERY sauce in the middle.. and a Bacon chicken ranch and got half a squirt of ranch with light brown lettuce also.. asked for it fresh and had to wait 8 minutes for this bull **.. hate the fact that these employees complain and give attitude down to the manger on shift right now at 7:26 pm..when confronted with the quality of the food they serve customers.. how do they still have their jobs.. smfh.. why do they let them run this place down to the grounded... Sad thing is I've worked at Burger for years and took so much pride in my work and see these people here right now and can't figure out why the haven't been fired since their costing BURGER KING money and giving them a bad reputation.. manger also lets her employees walk around with a work shirt full of cat hair.. fingers crossed it doesn't fall on people's food that come tonight.. is sad and disgusting, and disappointing that the employees use this place as a hangout for their friends and lost track of the fact that they represent BURGER KING.. and food quality is number 1 and customer service is next...won't ever come back to this place again unless it's another shift that might actually care about...
