If you have a chance to get out to his location bring all your family because they will hate you for bragging about the greatness you enjoyed without having them around!! Don’t think twice about the drive out to the food truck park. The lake, the park is the least of the entertainment… The interaction with Phil is one of a kind. Straight to the point and ready to serve your every need! He will surely make a memorable experience you won’t forget. It’s that feel of Philadelphia right here in your backyard that’s incomparable to any other place around. Taste the authentic flavor of what a real true Philly cook is bringing from the 215 down to the 956!! Recommendations on the menu…. Everything!! Personally I’m a big fan of the chicken steak wit onions, provolone and mushrooms. Wife can’t go without the Whiz wit onion and mushrooms.

If you get the chance to have the privilege to get the “Sauce” (homemade marinara) don’t hold back. This is the best and one of a kind.

My very most favorite…. ALL OF THEM AND THE WATER ICE has to be the “icing on the cake.” As a person who is lactose intolerance this has been better than sherbet! 🚨 10 OUT OF 10 ALERT 🚨 Today (7/16/23) i drove 1 hour for harlingen to mcallen tx to try out Philly’s Cheesesteaks 215 and the drive was worth every minute 💯 The Philly cheesesteak was 🔥 @10.0 🔥 Hands down the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in my life! The meat was gushing with flavor! The meat was juicy, soft and perfectly seasoned! The cheese, onions, bread...omg the bread was amazing as well. It was light, hard, soft fluffy my mind couldn't comprehend what was happening 😵‍💫 the best bread I've ever had 🔥10.0🔥 The whole sandwich was perfection, like it was made in heaven and sent to his truck by bank pneumatic tubes 🤣 He's a 1 man team so it doesn't make sense how he is able to make this cheesesteak solo. I'm not convinced, i think he has some little magical Keebler Elves helping him make these behind the scenes 🤣🧚‍♂️🧙‍♂️🎅🧝🧞‍♂️🧝‍♂️ And those salt'n vinigar chips go perfectly with the sandwich. I know it's probably blasphemy, but up 'til now I've never been a big fan of Philly cheesesteaks.🙈 My husband has always been, but our go-to place is unfortunately all the way down in Brownsville. After trying Philly's though, we will definitely keep coming back. My husband says these are the best he's ever had!🙌🏻 We don't have to go far now to get our fix! My chicken cheesesteak was delicious & my husband said his Fresh Prince was outta' this world. We were pleasantly surprised that the bread was even super tasty.
