Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in McCandless

First time going to this Moe's location. I’ve been waiting all week to go to Moe's and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Sad to say, because Moe's is one of my favorite establishments. To start.. When my friend asked for a quesadilla she received an eye roll. Then when the worker informed us there was no light chicken we asked the difference between light and dark and he stared with a long pause then said “whites the breast” and continued to beat his chest. We asked for a moment to think it over and continued to be stared at with a rude look. Then when it came time to place my order i asked for a stack. When my friend got her order i still had to wait 10 minutes, but somehow when i took a bite the cheese was not melted whatsoever. Doesn’t seem to make any sense. Because of this debacle, i kindly asked them to reheat it or remake it. They were clearly confused. I continued to get stared at and they stuttered while talking to me. The ONE kind employee then informed me there was no rice left so i just ate it raw. Also, as i digged into my queso i discovered it was also freezing. I understand people have bad days but this was unacceptable. Overall this was a VERY awful experience i felt very judged and unwelcomed which is ironic because there slogan is “WELCOME to Moes” (The rude employee...

Every single time we order online to pickup it's always late. We get here on time when it says it's supposed to be ready by and always end up waiting an extra 10-20mins. This latest time we got there and apparently someone else had taken our order off the shelf. They eventually advised us they had to remake the order.

The pickup shelf should be better monitored , or you should have to show or scan a code to pickup an order to avoid this.

While waiting, another person entered who also had to wait for their pickup order to be ready.

They were not busy at all during this time either, so this should not have happened.

Otherwise, food is always great and most of the time properly made (ie selected ingredients). Most of the staff is friendly and welcomes you when you walk in.

The place is kept clean as well.

EDIT: got the order which was supposed to include a chicken quesadilla with all the fixings. Got just a cheese queasadilla with nothing else on it. Had to go BACK IN and have them remake it. The lady at the front said "we must've given another customer your quesadilla and that's why you got cheese" and had to...

I order moes occasionally while at work and I swear within the last month they’ve gotten so terrible. Today, I ordered a chicken quesadilla for $10. It had no chicken and no cheese on it. I’ve always noticed that they barely put any cheese on it but usually there’s at least some chicken. I’ve attached a photo because I literally couldn’t believe I paid $10 for a freaking empty tortilla. It’s also cinco de mayo and I was supposed to receive a side of free queso which they did not give me. I don’t know if it’s just this location or what’s but they’re seriously terrible. They also changed their online ordering and you can only choose coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero or sprite as your drink and they fill it so you can’t even get your own drink. I always get a half sweet half unsweet tea and ever since they changed it to only get coke, I don’t even order a drink any more. I don’t know if the manager started telling them to barely fill the quesadillas to save money or what but that’s just crazy. I will not be going back. They’ve lost a customer who goes there at least...
