The quality of the team members and custard is 5 star but our experience last night was quite terrifying dealing with the parking lot mess. Just be aware of kids racing into the parking lot with their vehicles and not looking at anything. Last night one group of kids in two vehicles almost took out our dog who was on her lease sitting next to us on the side bench. The parking situation can be quite messy and of course we were blocked in last night by more kids parking and could not wait to get out of there. Stopped by here last Saturday for a quick, cold snack because it was a scorching hot day, and we enjoyed every bit of their delicious Italian Ice and Frozen Custard!

I used to have Rita's overseas and it's always been super delicious, fruity and creamy! We had mango Italian ice with vanilla frozen custard, and a vanilla Italian ice. We enjoyed it so much!

The area is clean and well-maintained. Kudos to the only staff working that day!

We'd love to come back to try other flavors! Hoping there'll be strawberry Italian ice or a strawberry frozen...

I went in around 8:30pm on 3/28 and it was packed. Seemed to be one gentleman working but he handled it with calm professionalism even when the gaggle of obnoxious teens from the high school came over and were throwing quarters between them, not caring there were two families with little kids and other sweet treat seekers. He treated everyone the same, straightforward and quick. I felt bad that he was alone but he was awesome!! Keep it up - my mango gelati was...
