Just stopped by McDonald's in Irvine KY. Around 7:30 and it was the most disgusting messes I have ever experienced. Ordered three sausage biscuits and one cheese burger also two vanilla cones and two waters, I checked out using my discover card so when u got to the window to receive my food I received all items except one water not knowing that McDonald's now charges 10 cents per cup of water and that only one water was placed on my ticket. I asked a young man where is my other water I ordered and he said let me check and he look toward a screen and said ohh you only got one and after hesitation I said well where's my other water he said that'll be 10 cents and then u said you mean I have to use my discover card again, and he said yes, then I said let me speak to your manager so then a woman in a red shirt named milandia (she told me her name when I insisted) she seemed to be tired because her eyes were bright red and she seemed non cooperative so I spent another 10 cents on my discover card which was a hassle she refused to give me the names of the two people working the counters so I pulled around to the parking lot so we could eat our food and i noticed that she charged me twice for two waters when i already payed for one water so I went back in for my dime. Petty is as petty does. She was not very happy when I came back in to get my over charge refunded a least she didn't try to put it back on my card and just handed me a dime back. I then said that I would be calling McDonald's. The ice creams were fine, the cheese burger was fine. The sausage biscuits tasted like onions, and the kids told me that they tasted like onions, so I smelt them and they did. And they complained that they were very hard, and i noticed they were not eating them. I began eating my sausage biscuit it was horrible. It taste like onions and it was very very very hard. I have stoped by this McDonald's for 10 years I much prefered it over the Richmond McDonald's as Irvine always had excellent quality food and excellent customer service. I really hope rhis milandia is not the manager. I took the sausage biscuits back and i layed them on the counter they rolled out on to the counter the other woman in red with dark hair said you didn't have to throw them on the counter I then started to walk away I said i didn't throw them on the counter they rolled out, sorry, they are hard we can't eat them. I tired and walked out and the women didn't say anything. I didn't ask for a refund or a replacment because at that point I didnt want one. So I will probably never eat there again. The McDonald's in Jackson ky is very good with good customer service. You k ow after I thought about it you know the old saying (hard as rocks) I guess that's why the sausage biscuits rolled i am not trying...
Read moreThe most incompetent crew of workers to ever assemble in one building. The first time we stopped was from a ballgame on our way home, mind you this is not our hometown or do we know anyone from here we dined in and the place on one side smelled like a sewage plant and 2 female workers kept walking by our table being very high school girls. My daughter and her boyfriend went to get a take out order before leaving after we had initially waited on our food and several items were wrong they then waited another 20 minutes for 2 plain McChickens in what time the previous mentioned girls had started screaming at my daughter when she asked if it would be much longer, take note the girl walked away from my daughter after being asked walked through the kitchen hen stood behind the kitchen equipment and started screaming at my daughter in which time I had came over and had to remove my daughter because she has started making her way back through the kitchen to the girl and the girl was screaming yelling and throwing wrappers and spoons at us. Fast forward a year later my son had a ballgame and his whole team was stopping there and against better judgement I had my daughter wait in the car while we all went in, this was a big game and the lobby was getting full as well as both lanes of the drive through. The manager was vey frazzled and was making a show to all the customers and I work in customer service so I was trying to be considerate and talk with some of the other parents and students which everyone was being very accommodating. The manager was running food and would bring it up regardless fine in, take out or mobile was loudly and rudely slamming orders down on the counter without even calling out a number, name or details of the order. Nobody wanted to touch anyone else’s food and drinks were starting to sweat they had been there so long along with milkshakes and ice cream melting but she just kept piling up more orders. I took it upon myself wit the out touching food to call out order details from what I could see without touching. Each drink I had saw melted or sweating to the point of leaving a puddling ring in the counter I’d ask for a fresh one, to their inconvenience that is. My daughter and sister in law were 2 cars back in the the first line of the drive through when we walked in and had a $36 order and ended up waiting on us over 50 minutes to come back out. At which time our over $100 order was completely wrong. I took it back in and waited yet another 35 minutes to get just 2 burgers corrected and retrieve a forgotten (shorted) order of fries and a small McFlurry I was made to pay twice for. I just threw my hands up for the rest of it and told the crew of kids with me to eat it or not I...
Read moreI’m so over this damn place. The food is already bad enough but there’s not many options in Irvine! To make it worse, the service is…. Idk a word that fits, worse than horrible!!! Yesterday I ordered a McGriddle meal and got a biscuit with nothing on it but had some sausage grease where the broke it apart and a HALF of a hash brown….so I had to turn around and drive back. Today I order a number 6 and they got my meal right but I asked for extra ketchup because they act like it’s gold, and the older lady at the pickup window gave me 2packs. A few nights ago I stop to get the kids something and sat at the drive thru forever not knowing they were closed along with 3-4 other cars and the workers were coming out to smoke but couldn’t just tell us they were closed.
They get my order right about 1/5 times. I know we don’t have many restaurants here but they need to either do a better job training people or pay more for quality workers because lord know they make plenty of money. The line is always wrapped around the building and to stop n shop parking lot…. Or just close the...
